The staff at this hotel are brilliant. They were always on hand to answer questions about the area and were accomodating in every way from supplying hot water for bottles, to holding the children so I could eat breakfast. I stayed a single for 2 days. The staff is nice and helpful. When the air-conditioner had some problem at 8:00am, they quickly called an outside air-con worker to repair it. The location is closed to resturants and bars.

This hostel is a great value, in a good location, realy close to the River and the Old city, totally clean and a nice staff, they are realy kind and offer to us often some tee or water, the quality of sleep is fine aswell, a realy good address in Hue!

The lady who works in the lobby here is friendly but the man is not. He did his best to make me feel awkward and uncomfortable while staying here. He does not belong in the hotel industry, perhaps he should work as a lawyer or an officer in a correctional facility, some place where he can get his passive aggression... More

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. They picked us up at train station for free service and welcome us in the hotel with a delicious breakfast. It's so great after a long night from Hanoi. The hotel is in a good location, about a 5 minute walk to the bridge and very close to several good restaurants. The rooms are pretty basic but the desk staff was unbelievably friendly. They truly made our stay there! They were always concerned that we were happy with everything and made the stay very enjoyable!
