We stayed here with our 2 young children and were more than happy with the hotel itself. The staff were very helpful and were very attentive and generous towards our children. The room was a reasonable size and clean. The only problem was the noise. We were a few floors up and it was so noisy, all day and night... more

We paid US$15 for a room for a night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. However, there were no brush, toothpaste, bath soap, shampoo. So if one likes to stay here, please remember to buy all these necessities. Breakfast is served in the morning. Tea, coffee and banana are served free during the... more

This is a very popular place and has the standard Vietnam building look, many floors, each with only a couple of rooms. The service from the staff was friendly but really quite disorganised. In the email booking process I was never told which of the madam Cuc hotels we were to stay at for instance. We were on a high... more

The staff at this hotel was not friendly, not sure why the the other recommendations write that they are so. The reception flatly said that they had a room with a queen bed and there is no twin bed rooms available. I queried on whether their other chains had rooms and was met with a blank look. The service at... more

We stayed here at the end of a 5 week trip around Vietnam and would thoroughly recommend it. After staying in a few pretty ordinary Hotels this was a welcome change. Great value for money as breakfast, dinner, fruit and coffee and juice all included in the price. The place was spotless and our room basic but clean and comfortable.... more

We called and booked a room at madam Cuc 127 the original one but when we arrived we got moved across the road to another one (184 I think). We didn't stay past one night and asked to move to the original 127. We ended up being moved to the one closer to the centre Madam Cuc 64. We asked... more

We stayed in Madam Cuc for 4 days and it was very good value for the money. We payed only 25 USD and therefore it is absolutely okay. The location is good, it is only 10 minutes walk to the main center, everything was very clean and the people were very friendly. As there are always many guests and there... more

HCMC was my first port of call for my trip to SE Asia late last year, and on advise from reviews on this site, I contacted this hotel (64 I think) via email to book my first few nights accommodation. After arriving late at night, the driver arranged by the hotel was there to meet me on time (well...10 minutes... more

This hotel is good value for money, right in the heart of the city. They also offer a transfer from the airport which is convenient at a cost of USD$12- per car one way. The rooms are basic but always clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. During our stay they always greeted us with a smile and... more
