My wife and I decided on the Elios for an overnight stopover after a previous stay 3 years earlier. We were not disappointed right from the start with a faultless pickup from the airport by excellent taxi service organized by the hotel. We were warmly greeted by the porter and taken to the reception desk to be welcomed with a... More

First we booked out room in July for January. We turn up and are told our room has a bad smell and won't be ready until tomorrow (code for the hotel overbooked). We are then told don't worry we have booked you in down the road at an equal hotel, as if it happens all the time. That means one... More

It described in our guidebook as having a "swish" lobby; the adjective fits more than the lobby! The decor throughout is fresh and modern and there are cool features like light switches and a handy electrical outlet built into the "backsplash" of the nightstand. The room was clean with bright white linens, a comfy chair (sort of a mini armless... More

Room: spacious, clean with all needed amenities and room with window, looking down to the park. Staff: professional, attentive, friendly and very helpful. A big group of us stayed at Elios over Christmas. It's in the perfect location in HCMC, especially for night life. The hotel itself is good but nothing amazing. Simple rooms. Most of our group struggled with hot water for showers, sometimes getting cold water and no hot. Overall it is a good hotel.

We were fortunate to be able to stay at the Elios on two occasions during our Vietnam touring. The hotel is centrally located across from the park, in the backpacker’s area and only a few blocks from the Day and Night Markets. We stayed at the Elios on 2 separate occasions during our recent Vietnam trip. The facility is great with the Skybar restaurant being a highlight for breakfast. The location is good. Walkable to Ben Thanh Market. Staff are friendly. I booked through an agency for a 5 day HCMC Tour. I stayed 3 nights at Elios. I was in the room without windows.
