My partner and I had our first South East Asia experience landing in the hustling hub that is HCMC. Being from New Zealand it was overwhelming to say the least. Chanh arranged everything from transport from the airport, to tours and even the bus from HCMC to Mui Ne.. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not speak more highly... More

Friendly staff who care about your stay at the hotel and HCM City. Plenty of advice and help with what to do, and able to book excursions and plane/train tickets on your behalf. Unfortunately lots of noisy guests during our stay with no appreciation for others when coming back early in the morning, woke me up every night. Maybe I'm... More

Room was safe and secure which was the most important thing. However, the room I was given had no windows or natural lighting, and was the smallest I stayed in during my travels around SE Asia. The hotel is also hidden somewhat down a small alley, and is difficult to find.

This hotel is awesome for the budget traveler. Its tucked down an alley, so you will have trouble finding it. There are plenty of tourist places on both sides of the alley, so ask someone - they will know where this is and will be happy to help you. Its in the nightlife area of town, but its quiet (being... It is a nice city hotel in the backpacker hood. Price is OK and they were kind to us but on the last day they offered us to get train tickets for us to phan tiet and they cost 7 dollar each and they charged us 22 dollar. At this point we didn't know how much a ticket costs. We... More

This is a lovely little budget hotel with such a warm family feel. The staff are so, so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. The location is just off the main backpacker strip and it is a little haven away from the madness of the v busy area. Breakfast was lovely too.

We stayed here over Tet. Great location, easy to walk to most tourist areas. Super friendly staff who help arrange whatever you need. Legs became stronger with all the stairs, no lift! Breakfast was average. The staff made this place great!

Top budget hotel in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao area. Three of us were in Room 303. Room was small but comfy and quiet with good air con and two windows. Free breakfast was simple and ample. The staff, Chanh, Khoa and Nga speak great english and are keen to look after you. Excellent value at $35 a night.... More

Stayed here for one night only, and got the cheapest room option for 16 usd a night. Room was on 3 or 4 th floor which meant climbing heaps of narrow winding stairs. Would get a lower room if staying again. Room was small but that was expected. This was the only hotel we stayed at in Vietnam that didn't... More
