Loved my short stay in that hotel which is situated right in the throbbing heart of this amazing city . The staff at the hotel , especially the restaurant , is absolutely professional and extremely friendly . Can't wait to go back (: PS: We stayed there during the month of July 2014 . Don't ever miss going for a... More

The hotel is going through renovations. Concrete drills, hammering and sawing from 7.30 am . When checking in we got breakfast vouchers. After breakfast on the first day we got advised that it was a mistake and we were forced to pay based on their mistake.

We stayed in the old wing. I asked for a room in the new wing but the check in personel told us that they gave us a newly refurbished room. So we accepted the old wing. Room was not newly refurbished. Not clean enough for our standarts. Toilet fluah was not working properly. The morning we were leaving Saigon, i... More

This hotel was a disgrace this time, the services provided last time like free taxi to airport not given, I felt as though they have my money now go. Very very disappointed this stay at the Royal Lotus Hotel. Don't think I will stay here again

I would recommend the new wing, although I haven't seen the old one. The rooms are very nice and the staff were great! I'd definitely stay there again. The gym on the top floor was very convenient, if I'd had more time I'd have also tried the spa.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Totally enjoyed my stay. Had an amazing bellman named Jack who helped us with our bags the moment we stepped out of the taxi. Wonderful fresh and clean buffet breakfast which caters for westerners and Asians. Close to all tourist destinations and very central.

This is a good hotel. There is a new wing with new rooms, I suggest you ask for the new rooms. The new rooms aren't large by any standard but they're a sufficient size. The breakfast is good and the wi-fi worked well. The hotel is well located and within walking distance to most attractions in HCMC. There is a... More
