We arrived in Ho Chi Minh after a very long journey, almost a full day travelling thanks to delays at airports. When we arrived at nearly midnight we were exhausted, we were greeted with cool cloths to refresh ourselves and a long cold drink, very welcoming indeed. As we were being checked in the chap at reception informed us we... More

Newly renovated, clean and shiny! Especially with lavish Christmas decorations.Surrounded by a lot of interesting restaurants and shopping malls but still quite quietly located. Staff is young and effusive friendly, sometimes even so friendly that the limit of convention is forgotten. Our suite had a great view over the city and it was appropriately decorated and functional with two toilets.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights on a holiday whilst traveling alone. It is on a relatively quiet street and about 10 minutes walk to major shopping centres and 15 minutes to Ben Tanh markets. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. You can walk to the palace, post office, cathedral and opera house. If you plan... More

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. The location was good and perfectly safe. They were a bit disorganized getting us checked in, and our room had a shower clog. But, both issues were very swiftly fixed, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning which had a lot of variety and... More

We are a family of four and this is our second night. We love it. Rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is great and the bar too. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located steps away from the bests restaurants. Service in general is great. I'm actually impressed. I'm definitely coming back.

This is my 2nd night stay with my family here at this hotel and we have been very impressed with the quality of service, from the front desk to the restaurant. The front desk supervisors Ryan and Helen were absolutely impressive in providing top quality service. We were pleasantly surprised both had taken our initial feedback abt our room seriously... Room clean, serviced every day, a/c worked well. Stayed on 10th floor and very quiet during the night. Great location - within walking distance to plenty of different eateries. Very impressed with Mia who was the front office manager and who booked our train tickets to Phan Thiet for us and found out how much it would cost to get... More

Enjoyed my very short stay at this nice, comfortable property. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good air conditioning. Great location. Problem arose when I ordered a bottle of wine which was bad while they apologized 30 times they refused to not charge me even though a refused the bottle after a sip of the taste they first poured for me.... This hotel recently underwent a name change from the Royal Lotus Hotel Saigon. Our tour materials listed that name so we were confused to pull up to this hotel for our two night stay. It must've been recent as the amenities and printed materials still listed the old name. This hotel was very nice and a pleasant change from the... More

I came with a friend of mine, and it was her first time in Vietnam. The location is perfect, it's far enough so you don't have to listen to the constant honking noise from the busy streets but close enough where you can walk to the city center very easily. The best part about this hotel is the staff. I... More
