Central location, all city tourist venues are within easy walking distance. Our room on the 10th floor had excellent views. The staff work hard to please and we could not fault there professionalism in arranging tours and altering transfer times. Mary, one of the breakfast waitresses deserves a special mention for her pleasant nature and attention to detail. Superb food... More

The Hotel located in the City Center en walking distance to almost everything Saigon has to offer. Like every big city it crowed but you get used to it. The hotel and staff is very professional. Sometime maybe to professional and strict but that's how the rules are. The room are nice and clean. Even with the busy street on... More

We are an interracial couple (white male, Asian female) who checked in on 5/22/2015. Upon arrival, hotel staff asked us for our marriage certificate in order for us to stay there. His reason was that local police may stop in anytime and ask for my identification (female Asian) because I am Vietnamese. After I told him I hold an American... More

I booked room for my relative at Paragon Saigon Hotel 1 week ago and came to have breakfast with her. It made me satisfy with the buffet... more option than many other 4 star hotels in the city. I'm sure that I will recommend my friends and acquaintance to make reservation at Paragon when they come to HCMC

Location is perfect for Saigon. The staff were very friendly and the concierge desk was really helpful. Our room was a Suite Room with a city view which is the quieter of the hotel. Room was large and clean with spacious bathroom. Separate shower and tub; and well equipped with the high-tech toilet/bidet especially being quite a novelty. Service is... More

I booked this hotel for my brother from German for their honeymoon. They just back German with many memories at this hotel. When I booked, I just told to the reservation that I would like to book a room for my brother for their honeymoon, I didn't request anything, but the hotel very scrupulous to assign a romantic room with... Just stayed at Paragon Saigon Hotel last week. Everything was perfect from the friendly check-in with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a nice room with a superb view over the Opera House, the convenience of being less than 10 minutes from most attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Buffet breakfast offers a large variety of food for all tastes.... More

This hotel is very centrally located. The family room is spacious. Breakfast option for vegetarians was good. That is as all we get. The moment we landed the staff from the hotel, who was waiting to pick us up (mistake! they charged USD 30 for pickup. Vinasun charges USD 11) started his sales pitch immediately after a hello. And this... More

Dear Sir, I just got back from an oversea trip. Very sad to find this series of bad comments. To answer your concerns, the price of a one way taxi trip which takes between 30 to 45 mn cost between 120,000 VND and 140,000 VND. Airport private pickup cost 390.000 VND as it's a two way transfers, We have to... More

Our organization recently had a reunion in Vietnam. We had several adoptees staying in the hotel and we also had a dinner there and I can NEVER recommend anyone to ever use them. The meal was actually very good, but when it came time to pay the bill, they charged us for every person who walked through the door and... More

Dear Madam, We are very sorry to see that you were disappointed with the billing of your event in our hotel. We could certainly have found an agreement. Event was booked for 80 persons. You had a final list of 65 attendees. Some people were going in and out. The restaurant supervisor decided to finally charged 76 persons as per... More
