We booked this hotel as we had never been to HCMC before and it was recommended in the lonely planet guidebook. Despite email contact with the hotel just a couple of days before we arrived to find our room had been double booked. We were really frustrated as we had booked our room about 2 months in advance and no... More

I stayed at Hong Han Hotel for only one night -- passing though HCM -- and I was so vrey glad I stayed here. I believe other reviews are the same: Great place to stay! Nuong at the front desk was so sweet and nice! She provided tips and suggestions for me, My room was clean and comfortable. It was... More

A fantastic hotel situated in just the right place for those who are keen to experience the excitement of the city first hand. The beds were clean and beautiful to sleep in, and the breakfast of baguettes and omlettes each morning on the terrace was terrific. There's a computer with internet which was handy for checking emails. And the staff... More

The hotel and rooms are small but clean. The location is absolutely perfect. And the staff is really nice. The only sidenote i would like to make is that the breakfast they serve could be beter. But all in all Hong Han Hotel is a very good budget hotel.

We stayed here for one night, 16th of july, and this is by far the best place we had so far while traveling in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Rooms were very clean and spacious, A/C and fan, warm showers and clean bathrooms. But most of all the BEST SERVICE / STAFF we've met so far: they helped us with everything.... More

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. At first, we were a bit skeptical as to why it got such great reviews and why it was so cheap. We soon realized that the staff and location contributed to these great reviews. I'm a paranoid traveler by nature and I always prepare 10 steps ahead. That being said, this was... More

Hello! I actually traveled here in feb of 2012. It was AMAZING. Our first night at the hotel (and in Vietnam!!) my mom got terribly sick and had to go to the hospital. The owners were BEYOND helpful with the whole ordeal and helped me to navigate through the city to find soup , medicine etc. the rooms were beautiful... More

I stay at Hong Han for 5 weeks in March 2014 and have nothing but nice things to say about the room and the staff. The location in District 1 is also ideal. I went for a CELTA training course so I mixed business with pleasure.

A gorgeous little hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Min. We just don't understand some of the comments. It was very clear from all the information we read that there were no lifts and taking your shoes off in Vietnam is a common custom! We had amazing service from Nhung who has a wonderful sense of humour and could... More

Sorry folks, but this is not too good. We stayed in the 5, floor (called 4. floor, but there is an unnamed floor in between) . No elevator! With 25kg of luggage that is no fun at all. And to top that, you got to take your shoes off! A real service does not take place and the girl at... More
