If you like a large serviced apartment, well worth it. You get sitting room, kitchenette, and bedroom. Cleaned daily. Breakfast included at coffee shop downstairs. Free wifi and pretty good. Middle of D-1. Good if you have business requirements, or short taxi ride the market. They do have a small supermarket on the ground floor to stock the fridge.

The apartment that I stayed in was great. People overuse the home away from home line but this place truly deserves that description. The reviews that others have given this hotel on Tripadvisor are true. Spacious rooms. All the amenities. Washer dryer in the apartment was really handy too. Walking distance to everything you want to see in District 1.... More

Great location- not in the busiest part of town but within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, well presented. Big pool to come back to after a long day out! Nice facilities!

Just returned from another successful trip to vietnam with the family. we do not like big expensive hotels given you spend little time there, so went to Somerset Chancellor court in HCM and one in Hanoi. They picked us up from the airport (far too expensive US$35 vs. a taxi US$10) but it was needed after a long flight and... More

This service apartment was a great way to have some much needed space for a family of 4. Very spacious, clean and the service was second to none. It is a little expensive compared to other hotels in Ho Chi Minh, but well worth it. Location is not bad, not quite in the heart of the city like it claims... More

Location: The hotel was in a walking distance to everything. Walking to a Ben Thanh market took about 30 min. HCMC streets were nice and we enjoyed our walk. Food: Limited selection and average quality buffet styled food for breakfast. One could also order from breakfast menu free of charge. We thought the hotel had a deal with highlands restaurant... We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have outgrown the one room these days, so whenever I can I book an apartment. The Somerset Chancellor did not disappoint. We had a lovely modern, clean 2 bdrm apartment. Daily service was done well and we were always left with water and fruit. The front desk staff spoke... More

My partner and I travelled with his parents, and were looking at two hotel rooms. We went with Somerset as a cheaper option and were glad we did. It gave us the separate rooms with tv to get our own space, and we also had a second toilet so it made it easy to share. We were then able to... More
