Overall the hotel is fine and offers a good price. The rooms are the best looking and feel a little tacky but everything seemed clean. The floors below us were undergoing a lot of renovation which created a lot of noise and make it hard to sleep in. The wifi was also sketchy. Staff is nice.

The hotel is not perfect, but it's certainly not bad. The walls' paint jobs are marred in places as is the furniture. The towels are well used... But everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed is quite hard, and the pillows lumpy, but the shower was hot and had good pressure. Doors and walls are thin so... More

Booked 4 nights at Ha Hien hotel through booking.com, description said with city view. I got a room without window first. I told the receptionist that and she told me to wait for the maid to clean up a room, so she could upgrade me to a room with a view. The room was on the 9th floor, clean and... More

We stayed at the Ha Hien Hotel for two nights in early June 2015. Overall, very good experience. Breakfast was great with lots of options and staff was attentive. Would definitely recommend. The only down side - we were traveling as a family with a 5, 3 and 1 year old. The Hotel had not baby bed/crib. The other down... More

Room is clean but old fashioned. When you enter the room feels like you in the 90's. The bed not that comfortable as you can feel the spring. 5-mins walking distance to Ben Thanh market gives advantage to the hotel. The staff also friendly but they're not quite fluent in English. For muslim traveller, they are few (which I can... More

I stayed here 1 and 1/2 days in May 2015. I didn't book in advance, last minute needed a room by Ben Thanh market. I got a room without window on the 2nd floor, smaller room but enough for two adults and 2 luggages. Breakfast is included, nothing fancy but good enough. Room is clean. AC and water are good.... We stayed for three nights in October 2014, just walked in off the street and were warmly greeted with welcoming smiles from the reception staff, which relaxed us immediately. The manager Ms. Phuc (Molly) was so polite, giving us an inspection of our room on the 8th floor, prior to us confirming our booking. The hotel had a good feeling... More
