They met our incoming flight, and took us back to airport the next morning, all part of the service at no charge. Reception staff very friendly, room tired but did the job for one night, breakfast buffet was uninspiring and not tasty.

We had been traveling for three days with very little sleep. When we finally reached Siagon we were very disoriented and exhausted. The hotel picked us up from the airport at two in the morning. The staff were very friendly and professional. They always had a smile for us. The rooms were spotless. The complementary breakfast was very good with... More

Booked this through priceline bidding system and was originally disappointed when we saw the location of the hotel, as it is technically an airport hotel, ie close to the airport, and a taxi ride from the CBD. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel - it is nice, comfortable, friendly staff, big breakfast buffet, surprisingly cheap... More

Having had my flight cancelled I wanted to find somewhere close to the airport for the night. Once I arrived I received a complimentary drink. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Spotless room and ensuite bathroom. Such a treat having a bath as well. The best night sleep I've had in South East Asia.

after booking this hotel and wanting to pay for my guest via any method possible, including bank transfer from my Vietnam bank account, i was told it cant be done (i think not true!) they then were very rude to my guest, demanded more money than the room rate up front and to date have not returned the extra money... The Hotel is near the airport, in a complex of hotels and restaurants (I think all belonging to the government). Hotels would need maintenance and refurbishment. Rooms are getting very old (noisy AC, in my case, leaks in the ceiling, making black spots, fungus in the tub, wholes in the towels, bed linen rather grey...). Bfk is also so so,... More

My sisters and I had this hotel for only one night but it was fabulous . The staff were excellent and the location great. Rooms and amenities were also great so I would highly recommend. We were all tired but when we woke all refreshed it was lovely to go down to the well supplied breakfast. We enjoyed great omelettes... More

This hotel is clean, has reception staff and bell boys that speak very good English. Helped us get SIM cards for our phones! Only stayed the one night as we were flying out the next morning but would recommend for an overnight stay! Used the gym and this was great!

Stayed for a transit night to Bangkok. When I booked room through official site with flight information, we received airport transfer confirmation immidiately. I could met hotel representative with signboard upon arrival without problem. Hotel looks a little old fashioned, but pleasent enough to stay just for 1 night. Official booking site required creadit card deposit payment, and rate is... More

At first, following a delay on our flight out to Ho Chi Minh, we missed the one nights stay we had booked at this hotel. We eventually arrived 12 hours late after we should have officially checked out. As we had missed our connection to nha trang also, we had 8 hours spare in Ho Chi Minh with nowhere to... More
