Nice clean rooms. Was on a one night stop over on the first floor so much road noise found it hard to sleep. Came back for another 2 night sa week later and asked to be moved to a quiter room. I booked this for one night transiting through HCMC. After receiving a room on the first floor, I requested a quieter room. I was moved up to the third floor, but the street noise still permeated through the entire room. Liberty 1 hotel was reasonably well located for getting to most of the interesting sites in HCM. War Veterens Museum etc. Hotel arrangements and rooms were OK considering the price paid. Perfectly acceptable. No massive points either way. Receptionists were helpful and the location is fairly good. The street the hotel is on leads down towards the centre of town and the river. I thoroughly enjoyed a very nice spotless 2 twin bed window walled room with AC & a balcony overlooking downtown for $450 for a month including an excellent buffet breakfast in the hotels fine restaurant. The staff was very accommodating, Internet access was available in the lobby. more
