I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was great and included in my rate. The bathroom was marvelous with marble tile and a rain shower.

The Hotel is so beautiful and centrally located close to the main attractions. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. The whole building is very elegant and the staff very professional and nice. The breakfast in the opera hall just to die for. Really would recommend the hotel and i have nothing bad to say about it.

Just got back from HCMC today 28 Feb, so this is very updated. The best thing about this hotel if i had to choose 3 things are as follows: - The location (literally opposite the opera house) - The breakfast (one of the best pastry selections i have seen) - of course the service level from the staffs (all of... After a couple of hectic weeks travelling around Vietnam a break was just what we needed. The Hyatt was excellent from check in to check out.k The location is central - short walks to may sites and a variety of good restaurants. The food in both restaurants, the Italian and the Vietnamese, was also excellent, particulalry the Italian. Rooms were... More

5* hotel with amenities and standards to match. Excellent restaurants - both Italian and Local/Pacific fusion. Breakfast a little limited/disappointing - not as lavish as I would expect for a hotel of this quality in Asia. Everything expensive at European prices (or close to..) - more so than other Asian venues eg Thailand/Bangkok.. In room internet charges ridiculous...

Spent 3 nights here and just thought the hotel was fab. Every amenity, comfort etc. that you could want for and great location being easy to walk to the main sights and restaurants/bars nearby. We were initially given a room overlooking the street but asked for a quieter room and were immediately allocated one on the 8th floor overlooking the... More

This relatively new hotel had everything a travler would want. Extremely well-appointed rooms. Small but modern and complete fitness center. Pool was small but surrounded by lush gardens - a true urban oasis. Square One restuarant was extremely pricey but HCMC standards but food and service were both excellent. One of the best urban hotels we've stayed at in Asia.

Nice hotel in a great location, next to the opera house and walking distance from other key sites. The rooms are on the small side, nicely appointed but not enough places to hang things in the bathroom. We booked our rooms with breakfast, which is served in the Opera restaurant in the lobby. The wait staffs were helpful, but do... More

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt whilst we were on a ‘Cox & Kings’ tailor made tour of Vietnam and Cambodia, we booked the tour through ‘The Cruise Line’. The local ground agents were ‘Trails of Indochina’. Apart from the long haul Thai Airways flights being forty minutes late on the outbound and one hour late on... More

We stayed here from end of Jan for 8 days and were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this hotel. The service was impeccable, the room and bathrooms a delight and the bed the most comfortable we have ever slept in (including our own).
