We booked adjoining rooms at the pool level, not cheap but we wanted to enjoy the venue. The rooms are vastly over designed with very little room to even open a suitcase. We travel a lot and have stayed in many 5 star hotel, but none with rooms this small! Our sitting area was next to the pool but there... More

Husband and I spent three nights here with a tour group. Nice size room, large bath room, very clean, room was starting to show signs of wear. We had a street view which was very very interesting, we enjoyed it. Breakfast buffet had lots of selections, especially fresh fruits. If weather is nice enjoy your breakfast on the patio. Free... From getting picked up at the airport till leaving the service here was nothing short of excellent. The property is immaculate and the food is goo. The kids loved the pool and the wife loved the spa. What else is there?

Best ever hotel I visited, amazing service, good beds and big rooms, pool area is nice and you feel like back in time. Will come back! Exactly what you need after the busy streets of Saigon, a oasis in a busy city that let's you relax. Would highly recommend to anyone!

- setting: perfect! right next to the opera - sightseeing: most highlights within walking distance - arrival: airport is "just around the corner" but traffic is heavy, so: 30min - check-in: professional, helpful, friendly - but: english laguage competence could be better - room: "park king" - spacious enough, quiet because of high quality windows, very big shower, generous toiletries,... I was so disappointed in my stay at the Hyatt Park Saigon, its a Hyatt Regency standard at best. It doesn't have the luxury nor the personal hospitality you get from the typical park hyatt. In addition, the lack of attention to details are overwhelming. The carpet and decor needs a face lift (cracked floor, window panel issues, noisy and... More

This was my first time staying at a Park Hyatt and I'd go back in a heartbeat. It's a wonderfully appointed, luxury hotel without being over the top. Location was terrific to everywhere we were going and it's within easy walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Everyone was incredibly helpful without being solicitous and went above and beyond... More

My wife and I spent ten days at the Park Hyatt Saigon in late February, just as it was about to close for renovations. We enthusiastically agree with other reviewers who regard it as the best hotel in Saigon: beautiful, elegant, comfortable, centrally located, just about perfect. The lobby, restaurants, and lounge are spacious and inviting. The pool and its... More

My mother and I stayed at this hotel during the Lunar New Year holidays and It was my second time trip to the Hochiminh city, but thanks to the hotel, it became more fantastic and memorable stay than ever!! The hotel is located about 40 mins from the Saigon Tan Son Nhat airport which cost approximately VND 110,000(about USD 5)... More
