We had trouble with this hotel reporting to HotelTravel.com that we had not paid for one night's accomodation. Fortunately I kept the payment invoice for the cash payment made, so keep your receipts when dealing with this hotel. What an excellent hotel, any problems the staff quickly sorted. When we asked for anything nothing was too hard and was given within 1/2 hr or even sooner. The hotel was OK, given the price of $60/night. Looks a little outdated but it's clean with a good breakfast bar. The location is OK, if you decided to walk downtown, it would take about 30-40 min, but it is not really worth it, as you can get a cab for about 20,000 dong (about a dollar and half).
