Be wary when sellecting room. All is not as promoted between room selections. Delux room IS very basic. When questioned they were very quick to point out small print. So I was under the impression it is a common accurance. Very small. No handtowels. Might be ok for 1 person.

Arrived at the hotel expecting deluxe twin room I had researched and booked. Got a standard room, 2 beds, but very small. I would hate to see the standard room!!! When I complained to the reception, she was well prepared with photos, saying that I must have got the wrong impression. Given her preparedness, I gather this happens all the... More

The superior room we booked was spacious clean and functional. Avoid standard rooms as they have windows that don't open directly to the outside and look small. The breakfast room is located on the top floor of the hotel with great views, the included breakfast was "ok". The hotel foyer is small but functional with very helpful staff. The lift... More

It depends what you want. This hotel is on the edge of backpackers area, across from 23/9 park, which sometimes has concerts, but the noise is bearable. For the price and the size of the rooms it is well worth the money. My next trip will be my 4th stay in this motel. I put it on par with Ruby... More

I can't speak about the accommodations themselves (they might be fine) but the staff is deplorable. My wife had a medical emergency that required us to go Bangkok at a moments notice. By the time we arrived and remembered the reservation the first night was spent. The receptionist told us, "sorry, we don't do refunds." After half an hour of... More

For the price it was fine. Location is in back packer area. Touristy with lots of locals requesting you buy stuff. Not my favorite location. Hotel staff where friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The hotel room was decent. Nothing to fancy, beds were clean and smelled fresh, bathroom a bit worn down but nothing to horrible. The elevator had access... More

We travelled to Saigon as a group of friends, late 50's we have a friend who is a local there part of the year from Canada. The hotel we found was very clean, linens were nice, centrally located could walk to almost anywhere, would highly recommend hotel. It is in the backpackers district but this hotel is far from a... Stay away, it's not safe. Stayed here with two friends in what seems like a great location. D1 District. Hotel staff are friendly enough but there was no escaping then fact that this place is used as a brothel by sleazy old men who linger all day in the restaurant outside. We had the terrifying experience of several women screaming... More

Great place if you want to right in the middle of the action of the backpacker district, we good great rates off Agoda, and the included breakfast was great, rooms are very clean and well appointed, although our window looked into the hallway and was covered by a curtain the whole time, other than that it was good, A/C worked...
