Stayed for 3 nights with my family in this amazing hectic city. The road outside is like a Grand Prix but the second you walk through the doors it's a peaceful haven. The stay was made by the staff at the hotel. They really couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. It was a real joy from the front desk... More

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We had a great time. The staff and service is incredible. We had to rebook our reservation twice because of a visa problem and they helped us out perfectly. The rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast is quit expensive so we booked without it but it looked amazing. Swimming pool is nice as well. The... More

This is a four star hotel at a one star hotel price. We paid US$50 and this included buffet breakfast. We chose it because it's 5 minutes from the train station and also 15 minutes to the airport. Highly recommended if you are catching the train. Whilst rooms are smoke free my only complaint is that smoking is allowed in... More

This hotel was great the staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided us with an upgrade on arrival as we were staying for 5 nights. Location is ok the street is a bit away from the tourist area but cost 2euro in a taxi. Rooms were cleaned daily even if we went out late. Great pool and overall lovely... More

I moved from a cheap-ish but perfectly fine accommodations in Bui Vien, District 3 to Ramana Hotel, District 1 for the final 2 nights of my stay in Saigon - Because I wanted to swim. The hotel was predictable, all the amenities you would expect from a four star establishment, there wasn't much outside the hotel though so I found... More

Stayed here for 3 nights, in Feb when passing through Ho Chi Min. Room was ok, nicely decorated, shower was a bit average, reception staff were ok. Pool area looked good, didn't use it, but looked the part, Wi-Fi was sluggish to be kind. Didn't have breakfast as it was quite pricey, roome service seemed well priced though. The annoying... More

Checked into this hotel on 30 Jan 2014 and stayed for 4 nights. We booked for 4 rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were given a super king and single bed room type. The bed was comfortable . Really had a good night rest. As we travelled during the Chinese New Year period, most of the shops were... More
