This Hotel is good but it looks a bit worn down. Rooms are big, very comfy big and clean bed, big and clean bathroom. Conveniently close to the airport. Good deal just a bit of a eighties time warp within.

I stayed at the Ramana for the first couple of nights after arriving in HCM. The room was lovely and staff all speak English. Huge buffet breakfast included in the room price. Concierge service are helpful in getting settled in (arranging sim card and powerpoint adapters etc). Due to the centralised air-conditioner, there was a smell of cigarette smoke that... More

Just checked out from the hotel after four night stay. We found staff were friendly and responsive. The room is spacy with a firm bed. The location suits people who want to experience suburban daily life of the local people. Unfortunately we could not have a relaxing breakfast at the hotel due to large tourist groups seem to occupy the... More

Whilst the hotel doesn't look too flash from the outside. It is quite surprising on the inside. It is a very cheap place to stay. We stayed in an executive deluxe room. It was very clean especially the bathroom. I'm not gunna lie it could do with a refurb but when you only pay $70 AUD a night it doesn't... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the hotel looks quite big and room is spacious for an executive deluxe room. However it so odd and unexceptable to see people smoke within the hotel (saw the attending guy at the nippon? express desk near the lift smoke several times. Not sure if smoke alarms are working in this hotel???).... More

We stayed at Ramana Hotel for two nights in the beginning of January 2015. It's a nice hotel on the surface but I would hesitate to stay here again. We had booked a non-smoking room but got a cleaned smoking room which we changed. Got another room on the same floor which after one night also smelled of smoke... The... More

Arrived in ho chi min yesterday after a 13 hour flight and nearly two hours in immigration we we're meet by our taxi driver who skilfully dropped us at the ramana hotel. The hotel is set back and didn't look as big as I thought it was but inside it is very big. Reception check in was easy porter takes... More

On the first impression I was like Oops! As soon we checked in we realized that service was not bad. To spice it up we were upgraded to an executive room. Parquet, wood and rustic interior makes it rich. Car pick up, breakfast for two, access to swimming pool and gym are all elements you would only find in a... More

I booked this hotel from travel agent. Upon arrival, I got free upgrade from standard room to executive room which is unexpected cuz I stay for only one night. Receptionists and spas staffs are quite helpful. I don't get myself to restaurant and bar. But it sounds great here. However, bellboy didn't open the door for me. Maybe I'm a... More

Comfortable clean room and an abundance of delicious food for breakfast - nice outdoor swimming pool - friendly, helpful and smiling staff at every location. Only a short taxi ride (take a green cab from the hotel entrance) to the central tourist sites, War Museum, Reunification Palace and Ben Thanh night market. The hotels "happy hour" beer pitcher and cold... More
