We were on a budget and wanted something basic, clean and central. We found it! We were comfortable and loved the local offerings at breakfast. It was also a treat to sit out in the open, on top of the building in a cosy garden-balcony with a little view of the river. We were on the second floor and close... More

We booked 2 nights at this hotel online, but we arrived 1n earlier and this hotel was unfortunately booked and they suggested a hotel next door (Hampton) to ease check in the next day. I like it when hotels suggest a solution to a problem rather then the standard reply "sorry we are fully booked". Upon this point I liked... More

As of 2/10/15 this tiny hotel is surrounded by very noisy construction which will last for weeks and maybe months. The building next door is being entirely gutted and rebuilt with fairly constant loud sound of commercial grinders and jackhammers from 8am until 10 pm.The noise is particularly irritatingly loud because it reverberates through the adjacent building right next to... This is a very central place to stay in HCMC. Rooftop breakfast area has distant views to river and city views. Decent breakfast and good staff. Walking distance to most attractions. Overall a well run establishment.

Both Kim and Daniel were very friendly and helpful, making the extra effort to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The location of the hotel is great. I could walk to most of the sites I wanted to visit. I will be back in HCMC in a year and will certainly stay here again.

We have been regular travellers to Saigon for 8 years and were pleased we picked this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in this little place prior to Xmas. Our room on the front was delightful with a balcony but the street noise wasn’t a problem, great bathroom & a comfy bed. The staff were unobtrusive but helpful. Breakfast... More

The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the cute colourful lobby, the neat room with cheerful wallpaper and a clean and spacious attached bathroom, to the rooftop terrace where breakfasts were served. The room had a safe, tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water, and really powerful air-conditioning (which was my only problem here!). The rain shower was a surprise, and we... More

For $50 including taxes it's a great choice. Staff was what made it stand out. I forgot my cell phone and they held onto it for me when I returned the next day to get it. The location is central to downtown things...very touristy. Had a great massage almost across the street. Breakfast was fine. Hot water, wifi, beds, elevator...all... More

Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked tours outside the hotel but this was no problem and no pressure to book at reception. Room large, bathroom stylish and rainfall shower. Breakfast enough to start your day, plus we got given a little picnic to take with us when we were leaving too early for breakfast which we really appreciated on... More
