Arrived with no flaws, room was clean, nice and with complimentary amenities such as fruit and water. Breakfast was good, fresh with lots of variety. However is only served until 930, so don't sleep in! The part that blew me away was as the doorman/bell attendant was carrying my bags to the taxi the handle broke. The staff member quickly... More

Good hotel in terms of quality / price and location. Rooms are clean but terribly noisy, you could hear the neighbor flush and cleaning ladies working in the rooms on the floor since very early morning. The pool is more a big bathtub rather than a pool but the view is nice up there on the 12th floor.

Probably the best looking hotel in Ho Chi Minh (that we saw) we stayed here for 2 nights to sleep off the jet lag before roughing it and travelling up to Hanoi. On arrival at the hotel we were helped with our bags without any hesitation, we were upgraded and had a lovely room on the 10th floor. We had... More

We stayed at a different hotel the day before and we decided to just drop our bags before the check in time to the hotel so we could look around the city. The concierge service was really good and the bellhops were really helpful. Although I felt like the front desk guys we're a bit rude. Not too much, but... More

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, spacious, good wifi and close enough to walk to most of the local attractions. The service was very good and all were very polite. if we left the hotel and it was raining we were offered umbrellas, which we had to sign for! There were nice areas to sit... More

We spent three nights here in July and were quite pleased with this hotel. The "official" pictures looked just like what we found when we checked in. The staff was attentive and helpful, whether we asked about vegetarian restaurants, local sights, or how much a taxi should cost. (The small, local vegetarian place they recommended was amazing. Wish I could... More

This place feels relaxing from the minute you get picked up at the airport, if you book that. Everybody is very friendly and helpful and it was no problem to move into our room very early the day of arrival due to our flight having been rescheduled. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed, though the walls are... More

A very nice hotel with an extremely helpful staff, from the front door to reception and through to the cleaning and restaurant staff. The entire hotel was very well presented. The bars and restaurants were lovely and the views from the rooftop pool were outstanding.

First time in Vietnam but truly impressed by the high quality standards of customer service and attention to detail demonstrated by all contact points in the hotel. Rooms, breakfast, location, tour desk, management supervision. ... all were superb
