We ended up saying here after our original hotel (which we'd booked and paid for) didn't have a room for us - but we had no complaints. We stayed in a vip room which was spacious, clean and well furnished. The staff were helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast offered a varied choice. All in all an excellent hotel... More

Another hotel that we would highly recommend, room very clean & the bed was an extra wide king, our room was 102 which has a double glazed window which helps cut down the street noise. Not all rooms have windows so it's worth paying a bit more. We can't complain about breakfast good selection, only thing it would be nice... More

This was actually the only hotel during my time in Vietnam where I cannot say I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was not very friendly or helpful (with the exception of the guys carrying our luggage). Breakfast was a mad house: the space is too small for all the guests and it isn't particularly cosy either. It gets... More

We arrived at this hotel on the Sunday(15th Feb) before the Lunar New Year and the city was going mental! I have never seen so many scooters & motor bikes in my life(until we went to Hanoi). The hotel is fine and central and handy to the main market,Ben Thanh and shops, the staff made us feel very welcome and were always... Great location to the Ben Thanh markets, restaurants & bars.Staff very helpful. Loads of good local restaurants on the same street-(to the left)-no english though but food was fantastic. Room was clean & big enough for 2 .Breakfast room was a bit small for the amount of people that stayed there but the food was good. Organised a cooking class from... More

We chose this hotel because of other TripAdvisor reviews. Staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. Would be about a 3 star hotel in Australia and for the price $399 for 2 adjoining rooms for 4 nights through Agoda it was excellent value. Breakfast was average which was the only disappointment as some reviews had raved... More

We had two nights here. We did a Mekong cruise in between stays, so had two different rooms. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and the hotel is nice and close to the city centre. My only comment is on the small breakfast area. There was a large group one morning so we had to share a table. No big... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. At first we were a bit wary as the reception staff were unfriendly compared to all the other hotel staff we had met in Vietnam previously. We had a room with no window but they wanted an extra $50 to upgrade to a room with a window so we didn't bother. It turned out that... More

The hotel is situated in a good place opposite the Fine Art Museum and the (tourist) market is not far. Nice rooms however different sizes, clean and very clean bathroom. The bellboys are only a bit of a pain. They lock the safe open and the instructions do not tell you how to unlock, so you have to call them... More

Was a little concerned about our stay after reading previous reviews but we had a fab stay. We were travelling with a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. We arrived very early( 7am) due to the train from danang and the hotel had a room ready for us at 10 at no extra charge. The room had the... More
