I stayed at the Signature Saigon on 26-30 Jan. We were extremely disappointed with how the management dealt with an issue when a small amount of money disappeared from my wallet while I was out of the room for an hour. The room had been turned down during that time. I was only down a couple of floors in a... More

Got charged £8 for a towel, my wife got some hair colour on ( she's used for last 20 years never a problem) they didn't try to wash it. We washed it at next hotel, totally clean. The manager would not come down to talk to us, Very sad

Just done staying here 23-25 January 2015. I booked this hotel based on a high review score from previous reviewers. Pros: -They allow us for early check-in. (Even though one of the guy in the counter says that the room will be available at 2 PM) -good selection of breakfast -strong wifi -safe, cctv in all lobby, -near Ben Thanh... More

I have never given a poor review in the past but having stayed here from the 12th -18th Jan 2015 we found the staff extremely helpful the rooms were adequate (although the beds were a little hard) but what we didn't expect was to be charged $10 for a towel that had got some hair colour on when I had... This hotel was pretty average thus the average rating. Although they graciously let us check out half an hour later with no charge there were a couple of things that were a bit annoying. Firstly the beds were pretty hard to sleep on. Our room wasnt cleaned until very late in the afternoon on the first day and then we... More

We are a family of 3, we had a junior suite. The beds are rock hard, worst in all of our vietnam stays. The bathroom has a jacuzzi which was hopeless, it took 20 -25 mins to fill, so 2 off us had to have baths in the evening as no time in the morning unless you got up extra... More

Very nice (but crowded) hotel. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was decent (although not as good as in hotels in Hanoi or Hue). My only issue is that the place was packed - I wanted a late checkout and they couldn't do it...

Very near to Ben Thanh Market although having to cross two major roads is scary. Hotel staff is very friendly, bedrooms are clean and room is made up everyday. Toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, cotton buds, shower cap, soap, shampoo and bath gel are supplied everyday. As with every hotel, keep valuables in the safe provided. Tour desk...
