location is in main backpacker area so its loud 24/7 with clubs across the street. i was robbed of all my belongings not far from the hotel and the staff could not care less and were terribly rude and unhelpful about the whole thing. smelly, moldy room, sheets were so obviously not changed, ant infestation. breakfast is nothing special. better... My wife and I stayed here on August 3rd until August 6th. The free breakfast was freshly made and very good. The room was clean with a very clean bathroom and good room service. The bed was good with nice clean sheets. They had an elevator and free wifi. The air conditioner was efficient. They had computers you can use... More

The trick here is to go for the bigger rooms, worth every dong,as they are quite spacious.Try for the 01 numbered rooms at the rear, less street noise. Great shower,a plus over many other places, comfy bed/s and the inclusive breakfast downstairs is more than satisfying.

The hotel, rooms are a lot smaller than what they show on their website. The facilities, rooms, bathrooms are old and not that good as it says. The only thing is the location, close to the center. the breakfast is so poor, there are not much to eat. I had to pay almost 40 usd per room per night and... More

Considering the offers that Bui Vien street can give to tourist, it's quiet hard to find a nice hotel. Bali is a boutique hotel, nice decorated rooms, clear, clean and comfortable. This street is very busy all night so it can be difficult to sleep before 3-4am if you are in low floor. The staff is ok.

We were meant to check into Bali Boutique on the 19th March, however we arrived in Vietnam on the 20th, and the hotel staff very kindly held our booking until the 22nd and helped us find other accomodation in the mean time. The staff over the 2 night stay were very helpful and friendly. the location was very central, right... More

We were meant to stay in this hotel for 4 nights but we checked out after 3 and have moved to a different hotel down the road. There was building work going on next door to the hotel, so the whole building was vibrating from around 7.30am every morning. Followed by the banging of a hammer every few minutes, making... More

1) rooms are dirty and cleaners only make up bed. No sweeping cleaning or anything else for that matter. 2)breakfast was left out to go cold unless you were there at 10am. 3)staff tried to make me pay twice for things I'd already payed for and we're very rude when I tried to explain the situation that I had already...
