The room, service and especially the dining was excellent at the Kimdo. Only downside is that the bed was like a rock and the sheets felt like burlap. So, I wouldn't stay away... but the Kimdo is on the most comfortable hotel for the money in Saigon.

Roaches in the room, dated furnishings and an absolute poor excuse for a gym. Gym is NOT functional! Definitely not worth the money. Only plus points is the good location, but security personels are oblivious to the pimps harassing guest at night. Not suitable for families.

Kimdo is located in district 1 close to the river, shopping, major attractions, markets within walking distance, a department store almost next door, so from a location perspective it is well positioned.
