The hotel is conveniently located. It is easy to take taxi for traveling to my business meetings. However, I was almost totally disconnected from the outside world when I was back to the hotel. I experienced big difficulty in connecting to the wifi. The bed is clean, but not comfortable.

This hotel was much better than I expected. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. A nice range of options for breakfast to suit either Western or Asian tastes. The best part was the pool. It has a really nice view, although not many sun loungers. Within easy walking distance of the market and backpacker area,... More

I was here on my honeymoon with my new hubby. There was no acknowledgment that we had just been married. That's fine. For some reason the elevators close on you before you get fully in.... Not long enough and caused a few sore arms... Ok I can live with that. Breakfast mediocre at best.... Room service always turning up at... More

The hotel is well-situated in district 1 with easy walking access to shops, dining and attractions. Cabs are readily available if walking isn't for you. The staff were attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable; however, we ran out of hot water on the first morning. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing due to lack of juice and fruit choices and... More

When just arriving in Vietnam chose this hotel from home. After traveling for 3 weeks realized we overpayed for the service we got. The location is supposed to be the big plus, but there's tons of hotels around the same area for WAY lower prices that offer better rooms, better air-con, have breakfast included (which this hotel doesn't have) and... This is a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. Walking distance to a lot of main attractions and restaurants. Excellent service and security is great. I have stayed in other hotels in Vietnam and this hotel competes well with other 4-5star hotels. Buffet Breakfast had enough variety and was delicious. Only thing is the bathroom is a bit scary... The staff were lovely, absolutely gorgeous. The hotel had plenty of things to do and places to eat with the restaurant upstairs and the cafe downstairs. The room was great, nice and spacious with a gorgeous view of the city. The only problem was the shower (a bit hard to get into and not a lot of hot water, but... More

our first time in Vietnam and staying in this hotel was a brilliant location. I loved the fact that there was a tour information desk in the foyer. Clean hotel, friendly staff although limited English spoken but didn't hinder the stay. Breakfast was very good, pool was good. Ladies it took me 4 days to realise that seeing westerners with... Despite the previous reviews, I have only excellent things to say about this hotel. When we arrived we were very quickly checked in, our bags were brought up to our room seconds after we entered. The air conditioning worked well, the room was spacious and the shower was lovely. We didn't use the bath but it's big and deep. The... More

I arrived late so I surely got one of the few rooms left which seemed a bit small though I realise the building is not so new. The room fit out was quite new though the shower head was old. The toilet seemed to make a running water sound all night. If there's only person in a room the housekeeper... More
