It's a 5 star hotel, so you get what you expect. Great location, great service, rooms are spacious and clean (I was on 19th floor). The view is amazing. The cons: -Hotel doesn't feel air conditioned in the elevators or outside of your rooms. -Breakfast buffet on the 1st floor is over crowded and didn't seem like enough staff to... More

I stayed in Sheraton Saigon with my family of 6 from 25-29th Jan. When I returned to HK on the 29th night, my daughter found out she lost her teddy bear which accompanied her for 10 years. She was very very upset. I immediately made a phone call to the hotel at around 11pm Saigon time. Mr Phong, the service... More

We stayed here for 3 nights after cruising down the Mekong. It is a big, bustling hotel in a great central location. We walked to fantastic restaurants, markets and beauty salon. Also several wonderful art galleries within a few minutes walk. We stayed on the 15th floor with city views looking down onto the Rex hotel and it was fascinating... More

The Sheraton is really conveniently located from the major tourist attractions and there are many excellent restaurants just near by. One is spoilt for choice and everything is within walking distance. The lobby is grand and the moment you enter through the doors you can smell a nice scent throughout the lobby. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite after... More

The Sheraton is conveniently located in Saigon's bustling business districts, near tourist attractions and good restaurants. The Service is efficient and friendly. Decor and rooms have come of age, and it looks quite dated. Rooms are well appointed, at least on executive floors, clean and spacious. Aircon is relatively noisy and temperature settings don't seem to work properly, i.e. either... More

We were pleasantly surprised with the Sheraton during a really busy time--Chinese New Year. When we checked in, we were assigned connecting rooms (per our request) on the 17th floor. I was worried because we were traveling with our children and nanny, and they told us the second room has twin beds. They are twin and a half, not regular... More

Sheraton Saigon is definite getting old and tired. Although the tv in the rooms are all LCD but not much to say about the furniture. The carpet definitely needs to be changed and so does the bed. Most of the 5 stars hotels nowadays uses super single bed for twin room. Sheraton Saigon uses a single bed for their twin... More

We booked two rooms with city view to stay for 5 nights. Arrived at hotel at 3PM from long trip in Cambodia with 2 years old baby and was told rooms were not ready as guests have not checked out yet. We were told to walk around city with a sleeping baby and return in 1 hr when room will... More

My 1st visit to Vietnam was around 1992. Back then, the only shops were bicycle and motorcycle repair shops, and small grocery stores. Most people got around on bicycles or cyclos. Most buildings were just single storey shacks or basic concrete blocks. That was a long time ago ... Imagine my surprise when I arrived this time, surrounded by motorbikes... More

We stayed there on points, and were even upgraded to a larger room on the 18th floor, with clubroom access. Our request for the Grand Tower was politely responded to with a request for additional charges, so we stayed in the old tower! The bathroom was very spacious and had a tub, two sinks and separate shower and toilet stalls.... More
