I am not sure why there are negative reviews here. I have been to HCMC City twice. The first time was in District 5, where also, I stayed in a 4/5 star Hotel called Windsor Plaza. I would definitely recommend there too, but the location wasnt right. So, on looking at many reviews and asking many questions I went for... More

This is the first time I have posted anything on one of these sites, but that's how badly I want to warn people about this hotel. My friend and I spent two nights here a couple of months ago and had an overall ok experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. We did unfortunately have several experiences... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on our last stop after 2 weeks in Vietnam. The room was spacious and looked very nice but there were some little things like half full bottles of water left in the fridge that you don’t expect in a 4 star hotel but this wasn’t a big deal and... More

I spent 5 nights in the new building , asked and was provided a very quiet and confortable room at the 7th floor. This hotel is well located between theater and riverside. A huge view from the terrasse at 20th floor.Nice breakfaxt buffet and good laundry service. Very good fitness center and spa but closed at 10 am! But my wifi... More

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was to standard, clean and was certainly grand. Breakfasts were very good, but the location could have been better. Its situated in the financial district, by all the banks and the other 'expensive' hotels - which means if you want to eat something cheap, you have to go out further. We ended up... More

We stayed in the old/classic section of the hotel on the first night of our 3 week tour of SE Asia. What a nice hotel, classic and classy! After a nightmare trip with an unanticipated overnight in Dubai courtesy of Emirates Airlines it was a pleasure to have a nice spacious hotel room to enjoy. The shower was most enjoyable... More

Our local agent booked us into the Grand for one night as all flights to Hanoi had been cancelled and I refused to return to the supposedly 4 star hotel we had previously stayed with its small rooms. What a contrast! Large spacious and lovely room with everything you could ask for. When we checked in, the Reception supervisor made... More

Stayed for 4 nights.... the first night, we have to move room as we requested for non-smoking room, but as soon as we stepped out of the lifts, the whole floor is reeking with cigarette smoke... plus, the road work in the main road is still ongoing at 11pm with their jack hammer! The buffet breakfast was not too bad... More

Stayed 5 nights here from 25th. of October. Had not been here for 7 years but now better than ever. Had a suite in the old section and since I last stayed they have made a number of improvements like glazed windows. However, the old world charm has been retained to provide an experience not found elsewhere in Ho Chi... More

We stayed in the Grand Suites with my 2 children and couldn't have asked for more. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were beyond our expectations. It was a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The food in the restaurants was absolutely divine and the pool was always welcoming. We... More
