Great hotel with a newly built wing with clean and well decorated rooms. Location is good with coffee shops and shopping close by. Breakfast selection was also generous and of good quality. Having a good internet connection helped especially for business.

Perfect location walking distance to all attractions , restaurants , bars , night market , great pool a refreshing welcome in the heat , the room was great we had a grand suite in the old wing , room service was good. No problems with communication would recommend this hotel airport only a 25 min transfer

We stayed 7 nights at the Grand Hotel and found all of the facilities to be 1st class. Very good Breakfast, Restuarant Meals also very good, They booked tours staff always had a smile on their faces, Room large and very clean had a great time will be back.

guests beware! the hotel are "upgrading" the area next to the pool. banging and dust all day until 5pm. Very unpleasant. also tried to have a siesta but impossible as the noise is amplified through the air ducts. suggest trying another hotel until the construction finishes.
