No criticisms. Just a well appointed hotel with great attention to detail. Peaceful, comfortable and with easy access to the airport so no long drive after your flight. Equally handy to out of city tours and only 15 mins into the city centre. One of my global favourites.

My girl friend and I found the service there to be far higher than our expectations. The staff were very friendly and they even gave us very good recommendations for places (restaurants/spas) outside of the hotel. The rooms had been recently renovated and were of a hight standard. The manager was very friendly and hospitable. Would definitely be going back.

I stayed over night at this hotel for one night as it close to the airport (10Mins). This hotel use to be Omni Hotel. Everything inside was renovated to be Moevenpick style. Room is clean, comfortable. Internet in the room is fast. Breakfast is good, there are many selection. Ice-cream selection also available in the morning.

This hotel is fine but be aware it is very close to the airport but not close to the areas of the city where all of the action can be found. The service was good and breakfast well above average - much better than Movenpick, Hanoi.
