The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river, close to the Dong Khoi "touristy" area. Perhaps if we had been on the river side we would have had a more favorable impression. Very standard corporate design; hard to remember that we were in Asia. Staff competent. We ended up moving to the slighly more expensive (but worth it) Caravelle. more
