This is probably only a three star hotel but the service was Five star Our room was a reasonable size. We did pay a little extra for a window. The mattress was firm but this didn't worry us as, by the end f the day, we were exhausted. The pillows were comfortable . The hotel was VERY clean and the... More

Hotel is fab no faults at all. However this place is mental. No good for elderly or children. Its so busy and very dirty. Ive seen rats in restaurant etc. Not nice will be glad to leave. Would not recomend at all. Very hot and makes you lethargic.

I stayed here for 3 nights in March at the end of my Vietnam tour. My room was a decent size and was bright and clean. Breakfast was excellent on the top floor. The staff at the front desk were very professional and friendly. The location is convenient, close to the Cho Ben Thanh market in district 1

We stayed here for one night. The staff were friendly. The location was near the market, so walking distance to most things. The room was small but clean. I couldn't get the shower temperature right which was a bit annoying, as it kept giving me bursts of really hot water. Breakfast was located on level 9 which had nice views.... More

We stayed at Ruby River Hotel, Saigon, at the start of our Vietnam-Cambodia holiday. The girls on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted in the booking of our onward bus journey and our local travel. The location of the hotel is a five minute walk from Ben Tha Market, and this was ideal for us to... More
