Hello Hotel is a boutique hotel with rooms that are so aesthetically pleasing that you wouldn't know whether you have walked into an art gallery or a budget hotel! Rooms are of modest size but at an excellent price. I have stayed in various other hotels in Ho Chi Minh city that have roughly the same daily price; however, none... More

we stayed here for 2 nights whilst in saigon. the hotel is down a back alley, which we had no problem finding, in the heart of the backpackers ghetto. it is within walking distance to the city centre. the staff were very accommodating and helpful in arranging trips for us on our limited timescale, they really did go above and... Was really impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect, the staff were really friendly, the wifi worked seamlessly and what I paid was excellent value. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself is very difficult to find as it is down an alleyway behind a market however the owner of the hotel emailed me beforehand giving extremely helpful directions. DON'T follow the directions on Trip Advisor as we started to as they are totally wrong and sent us in the wrong direction. The hotel itself is basic. The rooms... More

My girlfriend was unfortunately quite sick when we arrived in Saigon, and the check in at Hello Hotel isn't until 2:30, which is quite late if you arrive on the morning train and need to lie down. After some pleading, they allowed us into a room that wasn't cleaned yet, which we were thankful for. The rooms are standard, small,... More

Dear Sir, I would like to say thank you for your feedback about Hello Hotel. I know you had bad time for some days staying at our place for some problems. Your girlfriend got sick when checking in the early morning around 6:00 am, unfortunately, all rooms were fulled the day before, that's why there was no room to let... More

Receptionist was moody and unhelpful. Room was nice. Bit small but very clean. Location is good bit tricky to find. Breakfast menu was standard but quite good. However I think for the price you can get a nicer place!!

This hotel is very calm and you can have here a good night before falling in the crazy HCMC. The negative point is that the room have window that you can not open. They are clean but it smells pretty bad. The woman on the desk gave and wrote us wrong information regarding bus station. Maybe our fault for not... More

The people who worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful for us! They gave us a map of the city and pointed out places to see in the city. The rooms were clean and we were given fresh towels each day. They also had a hot breakfast included! They set up an affordable taxi for us as well... More

So glad we stayed at hello hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The staff could not have not done more to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Hotel was incredibly clean, secure (locks on the front entrance from 10pm at night) and homely. Despite being located down a questionable alleyway, we felt very safe, especially given that most backpacker hostels... More

Ideally located in an alleyway between the two main streets, Hello Hotel, is a great place to stay whilst in Ho Chi Minh City. It can be a little difficult to find but its actually located only a 5-10 minute walk from where the bus drops you off in Ho Chi Minh City. At first glance, the alleyway can appear... More
