The people who worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful for us! They gave us a map of the city and pointed out places to see in the city. The rooms were clean and we were given fresh towels each day. They also had a hot breakfast included! They set up an affordable taxi for us as well... More

So glad we stayed at hello hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The staff could not have not done more to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Hotel was incredibly clean, secure (locks on the front entrance from 10pm at night) and homely. Despite being located down a questionable alleyway, we felt very safe, especially given that most backpacker hostels... More

Ideally located in an alleyway between the two main streets, Hello Hotel, is a great place to stay whilst in Ho Chi Minh City. It can be a little difficult to find but its actually located only a 5-10 minute walk from where the bus drops you off in Ho Chi Minh City. At first glance, the alleyway can appear... More

This hotel can be a challenge to find, however if you follow the map on their website it is much easier, Google Maps doesn't really help too much. As we were arriving by bus from Cambodia, the location was really handy as the bus stops about 3 minutes walk away from the hotel (this was Mekong Express bus, but I... More

Lovely, clean room that was just big enough for us, we didn't have a window but that wasn't a problem. The staff are very polite and friendly, they gave us a map of the city and recommended a great restaurant to eat in. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and attractions. It is... More

My wife and I stayed in room 4 during a two week period for a total of five nights. Because of a small visa problem prior to the first stay we arrived two days late. We emailed the hotel about this matter and they held the room for us. during this time emails were answered promptly and the matter was... More

The hotel is located in a side street, which makes it a bit hard to find but also makes it less noisy. The room we had was a superior room, which meant it had a window towards the small street the hotel is located on. The room had an okay size and was clean, as was the bathroom. The only... More

We have stayed in this hotel for only two night but have really enjoyed it. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy and they go that little bit extra with a hair dryer, tooth brushes, mini bar and crisp white sheets, are coming back here on our way out in 3 weeks. It's worth booking in... More

This is a fantastic little hotel, one of the best I've stayed in SE Asia. Great value, perfectly clean, lovely staff and a really good location; close to everything on Pham Ngu Lao etc but really quiet at night.

We did stay for two nights and left the hotel as very happy Guests. The room was very clean and looked new. The service was excellent and the people have been very friendly. However, we didn't had a window to see daylight. There was a big window in the room but you only see the wall of another close building.... More
