This was our second hotel in HCMC, but it exceeded our expectations. Having been upgraded (two of the three rooms) and the staff being absolutely amazing with their assistance in organising tours and ensuring our happiness, I have had nothing but pleasure in recommending the hotel to friends and family should they ever visit.

The reception is friendly. Location surrounded food stall and 10 mins walk to ben than market. Simple room but clean. The street food in ly tu trong road at night is good and cheap. Cafe pongdang in opposit hotel sell good vietnam coffee. Overall is good, a budget stay, we are happy to stay.

I booked a deluxe room in the morning and when I arrived in Saigon at 8pm , we were very tired. I get to the hotel and they hadnt checked my booking even though I paid online and so the hotel was full!!! However, the manager and staff did apologize and said they would pay for a nicer room in... I'm writing this review whilst traveling around Asia, so my rating is in comparisom of other hotels we've been staying in. This hotel is tucked away down a side alley which our taxi wouldn't take us down. This was annoying as we arrived with 4 pieces of luggage, worth bearing in mind. That being said, other than the LOUD noise... More

It’s a bit tricky to find, tucked away in a lane, but that’s its big advantage. Despite being around two corners and just 50 metres from one of the busiest roundabouts in SaiGon, there’s no traffic noise. Ono SaiGon Hotel is a gem. It’s a 1 star rating, but I have stayed in far worse 3 star hotels in Australia.... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the VIP room. Our expectations were greatly exceeded! Clean modern bathroom, comfortable circle bed and refreshing air con. The English speaking staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful with giving directions and booking flights and tours for us. They even offered to lend us money when we had issues with... We booked Ono for three nights in advance of our arrival in Vietnam. It was good value for money (AU$37 per night for three of us), Down a quiet alley, secure entrance, friendly staff and a lift to the room. Air-conditioning was good and the bathroom was clean and functional. The TV worked and the bed was comfy. The only... More

Me and my husband just stayed at Ono Saigon for 3 nights. The reviews had us very excited, and as it was our first hotel when we arrived in Vietnam we had somewhat high expectations. Our first night was pretty awful. Our room had a window overlooking the alleyway- which other reviewers said made it a very quiet place to... More

I stayed two nights in a "deluxe" room, booked via agoda for 25$ a night. The receptionist is extremely nice, spoke good English and was really helpful. The room was big but everything has become really old. They had changed the sheets but otherwise the room, especially the floor was dirty (don't look behind the beds!). The first room I... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights whilst in Saigon over new year. It's definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in whilst travelling se Asia. Location is good, quite a few cafes and good street food vendors around the area. It's about 15 minutes walk to dong Khoi area and 5 or 10 minutes to Ben... More
