The hotel room we booked was big and bright. The individual air conditioning unit allows us to adjust temperature suited to our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient to move around. Front desk staff Hop and P hung were very helpful. On request, Phung wrote out in Vietnamese instructions to cab driver to bring us to our destinations.... More

This hotel besides centrally located near Ben Thanh market also has many well known eateries like for Banh Mi, fish kway teow soup with pattiso and crispy noodle with seafood. The front desk staff Hop and Phung (who alternates) work very closely and saw to our needs. Indeed I think we made too many requests! But they were very patient.... More

My girlfriend and I spent two nights in this small hotel, located in a silent place not far away from the backpacker street (5' by foot) and from the central cathedral (15'). We paid 17€ per night, with no breakfast included. The room was rather large, it did have a window but facing a wall, so a bit pointless. The... More

I arrived very early morning on a flight from Paris and was met by a professional Ms. Phung who spoke excellent English. Within minutes I was in my room and was delighted with the cleanliness which was maintained throughout my 2 week stay by the very efficient Housekeeper. This family hotel is located a very short (walking) distance from the... More

This is my 6th visit since 2011 and is still my One & Only hotel. The staff are always warm, welcoming and very trust worthy. I leave all my valuables in the room without a single doubt in mind. The rooms are a good size and very clean (I am quite OCD). Location is pretty central and only takes 5... More

If your looking for an affordable, fantastic location with superb customer service, do not look any further but here. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised how friendly the reception and staff were when we arrived. Indeed, it's a hidden treasure as everything Is in walking distance. I was skeptical with the reviews but was overjoyed with the experience. I... More

We chose to stay here based on the reviews here and we weren't let down. The hotel is close to where the long distance busses stop so it was only a short walk to the hotel. It is a bit hidden down one of the side alleys but once initially found you won't forget! The staff are really nice and... More

After reading through multiple reviews and all confused I decided to bet on this hotel and was welcomed warmly by Miss Rose. Upon arrival Rose politely called personally to inform me about some room issue, which was lovely and thoughtful. The staff there can speak good English and definitely super helpful. Slightly further from the main street but quiet and... More

This hotel is number #1 in HCM City. Besides the location being perfect, the interior is clean & serene. With the craziness of the streets of the city, there is a peaceful mellow feeling at the hotel due to the professional and knowledgeable staff. The staff at a hotel can make all the difference at a hotel when traveling to... More

This is a great hotel. Staff is fantastic and very helpful. Its very quiet, and away from the bustling of HCMC. Its near some restaurants and close enough to the Market. There was Black Ants coming through the plug, but the hotel staff (housekeeper) sprayed and we didn't have any more trouble at all. The excellent staff would make us... More
