I'm here now (22/09/14) after escaping the Family Inn Saigon. This Hotel is all it says it is. Staff are happy and very attentive, rooms are scrupulously clean and breakfast was equal to the best I've had. The pool is great, although could use some sort of cover to stop direct sun. It's very centrally located to everything down town... More

Location was pretty much the main thing going for this hotel!! It was a four star hotel that did not really feel that way. The hotel entrance was very grand and the bellboys were very helpful with our luggages. But the check-in process felt lukewarm and the receptionist failed to mention to us about the hotel amenities and wifi password... More

Stayed here for two nights earlier this month and had an excellent stay. Especially welcoming staff, spotlessly clean everywhere and a superb breakfast. It was an excellent start to our trip in Vietnam.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were always greeted with great staff who were all happy in their work and eager to help in any way they could. They were always offering to help us either by assisting us on our way to a particular destination and giving directions or just a general small talk... More

Stayed just one night in the Grand Silverland before leaving the country. I'd booked this hotel as a higher starred place in Saigon for our final night as a bit of a treat. The pros: - The lobby is impressive and the staff keen to help - The breakfast was very nice; I'd recommend having an omelette made (we arrived... More

Rooms are reasonable, make sure you get one with a window.. Best things are the location, 1 block to markets and 2 blocks to the Reunification Palace. Staff are friendly and helpful.. Rooftop pool area was amazing but very popular both times I went up there.

Good hotel in a good location. Rooms were ok, nothing to get excited about and the view was of another roof and fire escape. Breakfast was very good, superb omelette and the staff were extremely helpful with all of our map questions and making sure the taxi driver knew where he was going. Due to tours and then going straight... More
