We booked this hotel for a late arrival into Ho Chi Minh for one night. Unfortunately for us our flight was delayed and we didnt get in until 1230 am (30 min later that the time we had informed the hotel we would arrive). When we managed to wake the porter we were informed that the hotel had been over... More

This hotel is in a good location like everyone says, right on a side street off Ben Thahn market. It's also walking distance to other areas with lots of restaurants and shops very near. Taking taxis to and from the hotel couldn't be easier. We were a bit disappointed with our room however. Everything was clean and in good condition,... More

Great location, in and near all major shopping precincts, including Ben Thanh and night markets and short walking distance to skydeck observation tower, parks etc. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, deluxe room was spacious and clean, large bed (although mattress was quite hard) and good selection available on breakfast menu. Some street noise drifted up during the day but... More

My family and I had a pleasant stay there. It's a small hotel but they have pretty nice rooms, cleaning lady did a great job. The staffs were very helpful and friendly too, always greeting us with smiles. Great location if you like to shop as Ben Thanh market as it is only a stone throw away. For breaskfast you... More

Went to the City Hotel when on a month long trip to Vietnam. Stayed on our arrival and then changed another booking to stay there for our last few days before departure. Found the locational exceptional. For a hotel a stones throw from the market it was amazingly quiet. We walked to all our destinations , thus avoiding the crooked... More

Centrally located with nice clean rooms. The staff are also friendly and willing to help you with calling for taxis and getting directions. Very near Ben Tenh market and Saigon square too! Great price for a budget hotel.

Walk straight out the door & you are at the Ben Tahn markets (or night markets that are much better). So it's in a great central location. Rooms are clean & tidy & everything worked well (except my fridge). Staff are super helpful.

We stayed here for two nights on a return to Saigon (HCMC) as the hotel we'd stayed at previously in the backpacker area wasn't able to accommodate us. We had superior rooms in both hotels, and to be honest the other hotel beats the City Hotel 2 in every area, except for location if you are a shopper. This place... More

Location is good! Walking distance to many places. Room is clean and just nice for staying here! I was staying in another hotel called 'Ono Saigon Hotel' earlier on. Unfortunately the location is bad and room is dirty!
