Nhat Ha 3 hotel was an excellent choice particularly if you choose the large corner rooms. They have spectacular views with large windows going across the width of the room. This room is so spacious with king size comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast was great with everything you could want. No pool and that would be the only down side.... More

The first thing i noticed on my way to hotel is there are a lot of Japanese signs and names when i arrived at the hotel. So my officemate/guide told me the area is called Japanese town. I expected a clean, functional and minimalist area. I was not expecting much so when i arrived in a high ceiling spacious lobby.... More

This hotel is very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping, especially high end shopping if that's your thing. The views are great from your room. The breakfast area is very open with a wide selection of very tasty food. You have to have a drink on the top floor Sky bar, wow.

Stayed here for a week. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, fast foods, bars, mall, and night market. Staff are very friendly, specially Truyen who smiles a lot. Upon arrival I asked to be transferred to another room because initially they gave me a smoking room, but I am a nonsmoker. They granted my... More

This hotel was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Reception staff did not have good communications skills and could be abrupt and rude. Breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice omelettes and noodle soup. Really the best thing was the location of hotel was very central for shops and attractions. Surrounded by good restaurants! Door staff were also... More

I arrived late but got a warm welcome and upgraded room. The receptionist gave me a Sky Bar voucher so I went upstairs to have a few drinks after settling into a very comfortable room with a city view. The Long island Tea was excatly what the doctor ordered and after a couple of these I went to my room for... Stayed here for 3 nights around New Years Eve... A fine place, and they had a nice discount for the time of year. Staff was generally very helpful, especially the security guys at the door. We had a weird thing when we wanted to go to the spa though - they wouldn't let my girlfriend in, because it was men-only... More

We stayed here for three nights in December and found the hotel to be very comfortable both in terms of its location (very close to Opera House and the shopping areas) and overall cleanliness of the interiors. The room size was good and since it is a fairly new property, the fittings especially in the bathroom were very good. The... More

We had 3 days here. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and one of the better breakfasts we had in Vietnam. Very good Pho. Very central so good alternative to more expensive tourist hotels. Not much atmosphere, but you won't be spending so much time there if you're a tourist.

Since I was traveling on business, internet quality was key. As other reviewers have stated, they had strong WiFi signal. Good: Rooms were very clean. Wifi was strong and stable. Service was excellent. I had issues with my first room (#112), which was located directly above the kitchen; chefs start to cook at 5am and it gets really loud. I... More
