5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed at Cinnamon for several days at the beginning of December 2014 and it was the sweetest place we could possibly have stayed to begin our journey through Vietnam. Ho Chi Min City is a great city but it was made wonderful by the exceptional staff who were so friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The room was... More

Lovely hotel in a great location! We stayed in the citronella room with a balcony which was great to take in the view of busy side streets! The room was quite big and the shower had really good water pressure. Fantastic breakfast (I had OJ, iced Vietnamese coffee, fried eggs with bacon & toast as well as fresh fruit with... More

It has been the best option to stay in Saigon: quiet, clean, confortable, good breakfast and nice people. The staff is very kind and always they answer all my questions with a lot of information! I would repeat!!!

After a great taxi ride from airport with driver patiently waiting with sign for me ( a long time with my airport delay) we made it to hotel. The area is right on a active and very authentic street-definitely not commercialized like 5 star hotel. As soon as I entered room, I felt great and knew that I found a... More

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in this elegant small hotel in the centre of Saigon. From a friendly greeting on arrival to help with a taxi to the airport on departure, the staff really excelled themselves in genuine friendliness which went beyond standard courtesy. The hotel was small, very clean, but with reasonable size rooms, nicely designed... More

The customer service at this hotel is superb. They really treat you special and get to know your name and always ask how your days been. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the rooms need the key in a slot for power, which is common in Vietnam... More

Our group absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and went out of their way to assist us with any sort of questions that we had and offered up some excellent suggestions for dining, tours, sights to visit as well as finding a fish spa for us! We had an issue where we had neglected to book our... More

Stayed only one night on a layover, but would definitely come back for the great location, food, and service. My room was cute and clean and had a small balcony that overlooked the street. The hard wood accents throughout add charm. The bed was firm and the street a bit noisy, but I enjoyed my stay.

My sister and I really loved this hotel. We stayed here for three nights at the start of our first trip to Asia and really found it an oasis in the middle of a very hectic city. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we met during our trip and couldn't do enough for you - from helping us... More

The food, quality of the rooms and cleanliness are all decent. What marks the hotel out from the norm, however is the service you receive from the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble (for instance, on mentioning a mild tummy bug a gratis cup of ginger tea was immediately sent to our room) and in typical Vietnamese style we... More
