First off my biggest regret for not believing the ratings given for this hotel. First off i had to carry our own bags no boy to be seen.Upon arrival they refuse to let me check into the hotel because i am a foreigner and my girlfriend is a vietnamese. I am on vacation to visit my girl and she will... More

The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind to me. I never wanted for anything. The facilities are old with newer furnishings. Example: beautiful tub but zero water presser and very little hot water. It is VERY noisy! One of the busiest intersections in the area. However, easy to go places. There are constantly taxis outside and an ATM. Breakfast... More

I stayed for 3 nights (2 rooms one on second floor and move to fourth floor). However, I found a cockroach in my room (second floor), a cockroach in restaurant (where breakfast take place on the first floor), mosquitoes (both rooms), and lots of ants (both rooms). Ants over working desk, chair, and bed tables -crawl over my body, my... More

We arrived at this hotel late evening and were surprised as the reception guy told us that we need to book a second room as my girlfriend is Vietnamese and we are not married. We both living in Australia and were just making holidays in her home country. We've been travelling through Vietnam for 2 weeks already and never had... More

This hotel does not like tourists and it shows. Very far from Saigon centre, on a very-very noisy main street, with single glazed windows, dirty carpet, various insects in the room , reception and breakfast room and some of the rudest receptionists. There are hundreds of better (and cheaper) hotels in Ho Cho Minh City. There is absolutely no reason... More

This hotel clearly does not deserve its 3 star rating. It is dirty ( we had ants in the room and have seen cockroaches during breakfast). The breakfast is very limited and is mainly for Vietnamese travellers. The stuff is rude and asked us to pay half the room price as we had arrived around 9 in the morning (normal... More

I was in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for an event for my work. The travel agency that my company used to book our hotel went with Bel Ami Hotel. This hotel is located in the Tan Binh Dist. I lived in Vietnam before, but I was not really familiar about this district, however it seemed ok. First Impression When... More

Fortunately we were only at the hotel for 1 night for a stop over. I arranged for airport pick up & they forgot us. A person (from another hotel) at the airport called the hotel for us. We waited 30 minutes for our pick-up & no appology. It's close to the airport & pick-up cost was the same as going... More

We stayed here only one night on our transit from HCM to return home. We choose it for its proximity to the airport and although it was a bit far from downtown we found the location fine. Although some drivers had a bit of trouble finding the place on the way back from downtown this wasn’t a fault of the... More

I've stayed on 3rd floor in suit room with bay window across whole room! Fantastic! + 1. Large, spacious and bright room with comfortable bed. 2. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. 3. Close to the airport and 10-15 min drive to the town centre (meter taxi available all the time). 4. Very good wifi. 5. Cleaning service very good. -... More
