WiFi - didnt work in room at all. A/C - very poor, with A/C and fan on room still unpleasantly hot and stuffy. No lift - we stayed on 6th floor, 12 sets of stairs to climb. Bed - comfy but covers badly need replacing. Room - very small, good fridge. Bathroom - very small and stuffy. Shower jammed between... More

The hotel is located right off of the backpackers district of pham ngu Lao. It's perfectly located down an alleyway so although you're in the center of the action your pushed back enough that you're not overwhelmed as you step outside the door. My boyfriend and I stayed in a standard double and the rooms were basic but excellent for... More

Over the last few years i've stayed in quite a few hotels in district one . I found Ti.Ti last year and stayed twice since. I found it clean , in a great area and a very good price price . The owners were friendly and will use again later this year . Recommended.

We have stayed here a few times now and have spent some time checking out other hotels in the area. This one really does seem like the best value - other hotels on the street seem to have similar quality rooms for twice the price. We have stayed in the cheaper rooms (301 and 601), both are at the back... More

We stayed a couple of nights here at the end of our month backpacking around Vietnam. It's a great little hotel right in the centre of the Old Town but down a quieter alley away from the main drag. Family run with kids and Grandparents all going about there everyday business-this was what I loved most about Ti Ti. The... More

This is my go-to hotel whenever I go into Saigon and I'm not in the mood to shop around for hotels. Since it's in the backpackers district, it can get loud but that too bad. The bed is comfy as is the bathroom. A clean bathroom is all you can ask for really. The toiletrees are crap though, so make... More

We are on a budget and downgraded our room from golden time hotel. Titi hotel is run by a multigenerational family who always made us feel welcome and safe. Our room had a small window with no view but this suited us fine. Everyone here takes off their shoes before entering the building which insured a clean floor. The shower... More

it was our last stop in Vietnam, so we took an more expensive room. We rented the room for $20 a night. The bathroom was very clean and the air-conditioning worked excellent. The cheaper room do not have a window, and most of them only fans. The bathrooms are a bit smaller, but clean as well. Titi Hotel is in... More

We booked a double (no window) in advance but it wasn't available when we got there so we got "upgraded" to a double with balcony for a small price increase. We were quite happy with this double. It's definitely among the nicer rooms you can find in this area. We extended our stay, but for our last day we had... More
