Small Hotel in a tiny side street. Taxi driver had trouble finding it at first. Nice small bars in the neighbourhood -- something to eat is a little more difficult to find. Moto-taxi to the city is in-expensive. Atmopshere in the hotel is nice and clean. Only trouble that you have to leave your passport at the reception for one... More

inside there is a small elevator (for those who for that matter) I was traveling with a baby. we arrived with lots of luggage (car seat, baby stroller and a couple of suitcases) and the hotel kindly sent a staff member to meet me at the airport.

In a good meaning, I could feel that I am not in Saigon when I am in Faifoo Boutique Hotel. Rooms: Quite big, high water pressure hot shower, wide bed. All amenities are prepared. Decorated beautifully. Location: 20 minutes drive from airport, 20 minutes drive to city centre. There are some local restaurants and street vendors. But I couldn't find... More

Away from the crazy traffic of Saigon, this lovely place is located at the end of an alley. It was a little tricky for taxi drivers to spot the hotel sign from outside as it wasn't lighted up. You really have to keep a lookout for it - especially in the night. My sis & I really love the set-up... More

I don't usually use Trip advisor but following our great experiences in this trip to Vietnam I felt I should share... This hotel is located in a back street away from the craziness of Saigon's fast pace. It's almost like a different world: little pond with fish and the sound of running water and soft background music. The architecture is... More

I will try to be as honest as possible about my stay. I am half way through a 2 week stay here. For the money, I would say that the Faifoo is a good buy. Its tucked away down a little alley way just off the main road. The location is ok. If you are on foot, and a budget... More

This is an older hotel with nice architecture but expect some wear and tear. It is outside the tourist district so you won't be constantly hassled by street touts. It's in an alley off a main street which can be heard but is not annoying. The room has an older air conditioning unit which really cools the room. There is... More

This hotel is one of the most relaxing places that some one may come across accidently in a very crowded city. Once entered premises, the little hotel offers great charm & character & one may forget the surrounding chaos. Room 302 was quite spacious and had character despite being over designed as some of the hotels with Vietnamese style. Outside... More

This is a really unique, interesting hotel in the Binh Thanh district with kind, helpful staff and great food! The architecture and decoration is very pretty. The room very comfortable. There is a lovely rooftop garden and a steam room and sauna. It is a great place for people to stay who do not want to stay in the city... More

We stayed at the Faifoo Boutique for only one night, but found it quite charming. We picked it because it is closer to the airport than the more centrally located hotels closer to the city center. The area around the hotel is not very interesting from a visitor’s perspective, but taxis are cheap and plentiful. It can be a little... More
