Great, great location. We stayed here for a night and then continued our travels to the Mekong Delta area. Before leaving, we were so impressed, we made sure to book our last 3 days here. The guesthouse is run by a very nice family. One of the owners, Yen, went out of his way to get us things we needed... More

good location, within a busy area but surprisingly quiet. many express coaches to anywhere inci Thailand, laos, Cambodia and any part of Vietnam. cheap and good local foods are just outside the doorstep. terminals just 100m away. famous backpackers area. owner's helpfulness and friendliness has already commented by many reviewers. I will sure to stay there again when I next... More

We have stayed at this guest house just a few days ago for 3 nights, the service was appalling we were waiting for the owner who spoke reasonable English to help us book tours and bus tickets and he would simply disappear for several hours leaving people in charge who could not communicate at all in English and be helpful... A lovely and welcoming family with good English skills runs this place. The rooms are clean, have cold AC, and a fridge. The location is great in District 1. The wifi is fast, but if you don't have a computer there are two for your use. Excellent all around.

Friendly family, recent (it's only a year old) and very clean rooms in the backpacker area. The owner and the grandmother speak very good English. There are two computers for use. Excellent value for money, you won't get a better double room for 16$.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in when travelling Vietnam! The location is fantastic off a quiet local alley between the park and the town centre, seconds away from everything. The owners are great, really friendly and helpful! The rooms are the cleanest I've stayed in, really spacious with a tv and fridge and lovely shower... More

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay here and wish I could have been here for longer as it feels like home and that is because of the really friendly family that own the hotel. It is clinically clean and the room is nice and big with great A/C, fridge and TV. Location is great as its just off the backpacker... More

We weren't in Ho Chi Minh City for very long, but this place was a good deal with a room that accommodated our group of 5 travelers together. The staff was nice enough and I think there is breakfast available for 1 dollar. Although it was located down a random alleyway- it was in a convenient location- within walking distance... More

I have a really good experience with this guesthouse. I have arrived very early and was very tired, and even though my room was still occupied, the owner would give me a better one for couple hours to refresh myself, and then would swap it once my room was ready. That is an exceptional service, which wouldn't even have a... More

Excellent Staff that are willing to help with anything that you might need during your stay, from arranging tours and airport transfers to restaurant and visit recommendations. The gentleman also alerted us about the fireworks during Tet- a spectacle for all to see once in their lives. You can tell they take pride in their property, and it shows in... More
