We have stayed at this guest house just a few days ago for 3 nights, the service was appalling we were waiting for the owner who spoke reasonable English to help us book tours and bus tickets and he would simply disappear for several hours leaving people in charge who could not communicate at all in English and be helpful... A lovely and welcoming family with good English skills runs this place. The rooms are clean, have cold AC, and a fridge. The location is great in District 1. The wifi is fast, but if you don't have a computer there are two for your use. Excellent all around.

Friendly family, recent (it's only a year old) and very clean rooms in the backpacker area. The owner and the grandmother speak very good English. There are two computers for use. Excellent value for money, you won't get a better double room for 16$.
