Honestly, this was the worst hotel of my Southeast Asia´s tour. To begin, the welcome was made by a barefoot bellboy! The receptionist was very unfriendly. She stressed that my passport should stay with her until checkout. I had to pay in advance in order to have the right to have my passport back. Then, I requested a map of... More

I see this hotel has many poor reviews but I had no problem at all. The room was nice and clean and was furnished in a very European look with French influence. I was actually very satisfied with my stay and would stay again when in Saigon. The included breakfast in the morning was also quite good. The reception was... More

Our Vietnamese friend already prebook for us. However when we arrived, rooms are fully booked and they offer us to so-called upgrade room but pay at prevailing rates. Poor service! Since our other friends are staying in same hotel, and we only staying for one night, so we just "oblige". We stayed at highest floor 8th floor, but lift stops... More

I stayed for 1 night. I choose this hotel because of the great location where you can easy access most of nice quality restaurants (I love eating.lol..) My first impression was really bad with the receptionist. She didn't smile when I do the check in ( even when I checked out, another receptionist has the same behavior). The room is... More

Near enough opposite the Sheraton in District one (which still reminds me of the hunger games) walkable to the market and other attractions. Live music in the bar downstairs under the hotel, which is very popular, and you cannot hear from the rooms. For those of you with a light switch fetish this is the place for you! You'll know... Arrived at Tan Son Nhut airport, HCM City about midnight to find that the transfer I'd booked online no longer operates Took a taxi to the A & M where the reception staff apologised profusely (and, I felt , genuinely) and offered to deduct the taxi fare from my accommodation bill - which they did. Room smallish but well-appointed and... More

Whilst the decor is kitsch beyond belief the rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are the most comfortable I have found in 6 months of travel in Vietnam. There was a computer in the room with great internet connection. A sitting area with tea/coffee provided. In room safe. The bathroom included a spa bath with shower over the bath.... More
