I often stay this hotel over the past three years when visiting Saigon every few months. The hotel to me is the best one among A&Em sisters. Good rooms, nice beds, perfect cleanliness, well maintained facilities, and friendly staff. The hotel located nearby Ben Thanh market and just a short walk to the main shopping malls as Vincom and Parkson.... More

I go to HCMC almost every year with family and have stayed in several hotels. Stayed in this one for a total of 3 times with the first time when it was brand new and loved it. The room we stayed at was "VIP" and could fit my mother, myself and two younger siblings. Room was clean, new and very... More

Went with a group of friends and were picked up by the hotel's airport taxi...cost around $45 but we felt it was ok since the van was big enough and we arrived at the wee hours of the morning. The hotel has a good location as it is very close to the Ben Thang Market, wherein you can bargain for... More

We booked 4 rooms here in December 2013 for one night as a family holiday en route back from Taiwan. This was my second time in HCMC. The hotel itself is really beautiful and quaint, and the rooms are very nice and clean. The baths even come with a jacuzzi function which I loved very much. Location wise, the hotel... More

Now I am a fairly generous guy....just read my other reviews and you will know my philosophy --- Hotels are run by humans and humans make mistakes. I for one like to give a hotel a chance to redeem itself. So a 3 rating means -- I tried to look at the bright side and they didn't try...At All....Period Check-in:... More

Reception Staff are not really friendly. We did not feel welcome when we checked in. Room are clean and cozy. Expensive price. Shower did not work properly. Good location. Put more time to look around and you'll find better deals and way better customer service. Or should I say they have the worse customer Service.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. We got a deluxe room. It is a very nice hotel, the rooms were kept well and the decor was nice. The bedroom came complete with a large double bed, a tv, desktop PC and ample storage space. Whilst it was a little on the small side the room itself was... More

I chose this hotel because it looked very "boutique" in the photos. In reality, the décor is more kitschy than boutique. Room was quiet considering the busy location and clean. Awesome duvet and pillows. I was very comfortable after 24 hours of travel. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Mediocre staff. I had a tasty dinner in the restaurant, but... More

This is the Royal Palace Hotel. Location is pretty good. Rooms are very small. Our safe, bathtub, 2 lights, and room computer were all broken. Breakfast was horrible. We only ate there once and could only eat bread. The spa workers are ridiculous. I tipped $3 on a $9 massage and the guy huffed at me, grabbed the money, and... More
