This is my first virgin trip to ho chi minh city. The hotel is friendly from the bells boy, front desk esp Hana. Hey not only she greet me but she shout out happy wedd anniversary. Well done Hana! I'm surprised she take note a little thing that make me happy I love the way people working and take note... More

Apparently the hotel is rated 4 star. But in my opinion, it does not have the facilities of a 4 * property eg a swimming pool which is a must have for a 4 * hotel. They do have a very small gym with 4 workout equipment and some weights and a spa. However notwithstanding their lack of facilities, the... More

Good service and coffee with a smile. In a very busy locstion not fsr from the Ben Thanh market. Ideal for alotof shopping and wandering among the locals. Probably more noise than a lot of people who are in this city.

When we stayed here, the hotel was undergoing some renovations - we even missed the hotel and went right past it when we were in the cab because it looked like it was still under construction! The rooms are mediocre at best and the bathroom had a serious design flaw - every time you shower water would leak out and... More

Hotel is not eye catching from the outside, but once you step in you will find lots of high end looking decors; Room is clean and tidy, most of the furniture is white in color. There's a desktop PC in the room. Toilet has a jet-bathtub. Overall good hotel; further more it's near to Ben Thanh market and night bazaar... More

Pros: jacuzzi tub, amazing bed, nice sized TV. Cons: Awful service from staff, dirty reception area, broken PC inside room, small room, bad breakfast, loud construction noise nearby. I had an important job interview via SKYPE so I needed a private room with fast internet so I chose this hotel. Upon entering lobby, I noticed the really dirty floor. The... More

I often stay this hotel over the past three years when visiting Saigon every few months. The hotel to me is the best one among A&Em sisters. Good rooms, nice beds, perfect cleanliness, well maintained facilities, and friendly staff. The hotel located nearby Ben Thanh market and just a short walk to the main shopping malls as Vincom and Parkson.... More

I go to HCMC almost every year with family and have stayed in several hotels. Stayed in this one for a total of 3 times with the first time when it was brand new and loved it. The room we stayed at was "VIP" and could fit my mother, myself and two younger siblings. Room was clean, new and very... More
