Loved this hotel when I first stayed 2 years ago. Like with most small hotels, it's lagging in maintenence and thinfs ate starting to look worn. Mattress is saggy and pillows are soft and lumpy. Hot water did not work fir me for the first three nights despite me speaking to the front desk abt it every morning morning. Location... More

There is 3 white hotels in Saigon, White Hotel 1, White Hotel 2 and of course if you didn't guess White Hotel 3. We booked 2 deluxe rooms at the White Hotel 1, 1 double and 1 twin. When we got there they said they were full and gave us 1 extremely small room with a double and a bigger... More

The hotel and my room were nicely appointed, and the service was excellent, but after a long day you just want a relaxing hot shower, and not being able to supply this is completely unacceptable at this price point..Amazing Hotel. Very friendly staff. Great gym and pool. Breakfast is a massive experience. Rooms were very clean and big. Location is... More

I have stayed and written reviews on at least 20 small local Vietnamese hotels since 2009. I never stay at 5 star or western chains. White hotels provided a relatively clean and quiet location to stay on my recent business trip.. Breakfast, just like all breakfast served in HCMC was basic, although the presence of small cockroaches running around open... More

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was quite clean. Staffs were friendly and the buffet breakfast was OK. Location is good and just walking distance to the attractions and to the Ben Thanh Market. Downside was we're not given extra bed considering that we booked for 3 persons but it's not a big deal since the bed was... More

I stayed at the hotel during the beginning of December 2013, during my solo trip around South East Asia. This was my experience of the hotel, which obviously would be different for each person who ventures and experiences things differently, so please do read this bearing this in mind. Service, Quality, Value: The Hotel was really cheap although through my... More

Been to saigon many times and this is one nice and afforable white hotel we came by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet for breakfast is one of the best we had during our stay. The staff also organize our tour to the cu chi tunnel, tour around the city and introduce us places to go and eat. This is... More
