My daughter and I stayed one night here .Beware, Three flights of stairs to climb ,air-con not working, ,No electric jug or tea making facilities. This unclean, noisy, facility is not pleasant to stay at. no breakfast provided but paid for. A .reluctant porter carried one suitcase downstairs only. We were lead to believe this was a 3.5 star establishment ,but... More

Tripadvisor has the incorrect name for this hotel - it is now called "Ava 3" - I wrote to them months ago but they haven't yet made the correction. I stayed here for one night when other options were unavailable to me in the Bui Vien backpacker district. The room was small, and the bathroom and fridge were very smelly.... More

My room was spotlessly clean. The bed was hard, but I still slept well. The bathroom was nice. The restaurant upstairs was really good and had a nice view. There is also a spa in the hotel where you can get a very detailed massage....... if you know what I mean. I honestly love this place. Oh, you can smoke... More

Location is good. Easy to move around to find food. Hotel is old. Aircon and water heater is ok. Free wifi, simple breakfast and free laundry. Mattress needs to change as the centre spring has sunk in.

The sign on the outside says Sunny. But this is now the Ava 3. There is a New Sunny Hotel up De Tham closer to the park. I stayed here for five nights. I'm not sure what they did to the place upon the change of ownership but they still have the room with the mushroom (i.e. fungus) growing from... More

I stayed at the Sunny Hotel Saigon for 3 nights and found it to be overall pleasant with just a few issues. When I checked in I was offered a free upgrade from a windowless room to one with a window. At first I was excited about the upgrade but it actually turned out to be a downgrade. I had... More

Good location with small comfortable room and basic breakfast. This hotel is fine for a couple of nights. There is 24 hour salon below hotel that is separate business, so no problem if you need foot massage or manicure in the middle of the night. The salon is where BEN coffee shop used to be and sadly is no longer,... More

pleasant place, great location. the rooms are clean but really small. good air con. the water was ok, sometimes hot... The staff was mostly friendly, and breakfast was basic and pretty good. the spa downstairs was not worth the money, and tried cheating us out of more money using 'tip vouchers'. wouldn't recommend. .

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in my business trip. This is really a good hotel with perfect location. it located close to Pham Ngu Lao - the foreigner area so it is quite interesting. the room is big enough for staying ( can not expect more with the amount of money you paid). My room didnot have... More

My partner and I only stayed one night here as a stop over. The air conditioning in the first room we took broke down and without having to ask we were upgraded. Always pleasing when a problem is acknowledged. Now in this world you get what you pay for. This is by no means a classy establishment, but the room... More
