On arrival we discovered they had overbooked and told we would have a room in a different hotel. The staff were very apologetic and clear. They paid for a taxi to another nearby hotel were we would stay under the same booking. Actual hotel we stayed at was Happy Inn Hotel. Room was big and fine. Shower was a bit... More

Me and my brother stayed there three nights last week. The hotel is comfortably located very close to main sites like the market, reunification palace and war remnants museum. We paid a very fair price for a three stars hotel and received grewt service. I want to give a good word for the entire staff, which were very helpful with... More

Booked a twin bedroom for two nights, and everything was very spartan. We actually had to request extra pillows and towels (there were three of us and they only gave us two, for each bed). Free breakfast was so-so, and wifi connection in the third floor was bad. Its redemption is its accessibility--it was a short walk from Ben Thanh... More

Stayed there for 4 nights and we(husband and i) were given a standard room with queen bed. The room is very small with minimal place for me to perform my prayers, remind me of Tune hotels in LCCT, KL. If you're not familiar with that, then imagine this. A very small room, where the distance between the side of your... More

Stayed for a total of 3 days/4 nights. Room and service were fine. Good location if you're into shopping though. A few minutes walk to Ben Tanh market. One bad thing about this hotel is the wifi signal. Wifi is only good at the ground floor/lobby area but in the rooms, it was very bad. Only one person can connect... More

I have been to HCMC numerous occasions for both business and pleasure and I have continued to use this hotel because of the following reasons: 1. Price - Hotels rates are reasonably economical depending on the room of your choice. The room without a window is the cheapest & a good option if you are on a budget. Disadvantage -... More

Hong Hac hotel like most hotel in HCM, it is small and hommy. What I love about this hotel is the location, between Benh Tanh market and Reunification Buildings. And you can getting a lot of HCM spot only by walking. Lady in reception was nice and very helpful when my I lossing my camera around Notre Dame. And, they... More

You get for what you pay for. Overall, I would recommend is you are not too fussy! It is a good value "hotel". Last paid: 25$ Night. Can't complain if you just need a place to sleep. Plus: Clean, near all amenities (2 minutes from Ben Thanh Market, food) and very nice staff. The breakfast choice was limited but very... More

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at up till now. Upon arrival the staff spoke almost no english, and were rude and laughed about me in Vietnamese, which they did not realise i could understand until I responded. The room had no windows, was full of mosquitos and the walls were very dirty. the bed was extremely hard... More
