Thanks for the review. The Standard room booked by this guest and allocated to him is occupied almost on a daily basis and none of the guests staying before or after have had any complaints about the air-conditioning. The air-conditioners are not new, but in perfect working condition. The alternative rooms showed to the guest of course costs more because... More

Spend 3 nights there with three of my friends. We got the best price through Airasia Go package. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Spacious room for three, with bathtub, though the tub is small and not comfortable. Simple breakfast provided, so no need to go out early to find breakfast outside. Strong Wifi and PC is provided for guest use in... More

Thanks very much for your review. Our Deluxe Triple rooms with three single beds are always in high demand. The bathroom has a shower over a bath tub, however, the bathtub may not be ideal for all guests. We do provide a simple freshly prepared set menu breakfast. Due to the high outside temperatures at this time of the year... More

Very good B&B setting, clean room, good service and very kind staff. That is true what has been pointed out here before that some noises from the nearby karaoke bar during the night, but nothing too much to my taste. Dont know much of Saigon, but I think the location is good, a bit too turisty perhaps if you want... More

Thanks very much for your review. We are glad you enjoyed our location, clean rooms and friendly services. The music from a nearby Karaoke on some evenings only affects a few rooms, however, not too disturbing to keep someone awake. We have an excellent location in the city, as evident from other reviews. We would be glad to have you... More

This hotel exceeds its 2 star rating based on value for money, location and proximity to Ben Thahn Markets & De Tham street travel agencies, and good old friendly service. Phillip and his charming wife Eyon looked after us fantastically and went out of their way to assist us. The thing to remember is "value for money" and with breakfast... More

Thanks very much for your review. We are not a new hotel, yet provide "value for money" with our comfortable accommodation, basic facilities, and more importantly friendly service. Me and my wife Uyen reside at the premises and we are therefore hands-on and able to take care of guests. The rooms at the front are the Deluxe rooms and guests... More

My wife and I booked this hotel for 3 nights based on previous reviews in Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed with our choice. Thanks very much for your review. We are very pleased you were happy with selecting our hotel for your recent stay in HCMC. We had a great stay here. Booked the family room, and was more than enough space for the 4 of us. Window onto the main road below was surprisingly quiet. Easy to navigate to many of the local attractions from here and, where we weren't sure, staff on reception were happy to help. Fresh breakfast included in the rate each... More

Thanks very much for the review. Our Suite (family room ) is in high demand due to its size and ability to comfortably accommodate 4-5 persons. The room was good for the price, except all the mosquitos in the room and at the reception. It's the only place in Saigon we got bitten by mosquitos, and not only one bite. Thanks for the review. Two of the lowest priced rooms were booked, and we were generous in spite of running full occupancy to upgrade one room free of charge so that both rooms would be next to each other. Mosquitoes are expected in the Vietnam climate. We do regular pest control services. We also spray the rooms daily. Our Reception... More
