We stayed at Tulips Hotel for 3 nights. Peter and his staff were very helpful &accommodating and certainly were able to help us with our many questions. Our rooms were very basic but comfortable enough, although the bathrooms were sadly in need of repair, and the bathmats were old &should have been used as rags. Breakfast was served in the... More

Thanks very much for your review. As a budget hotel we have limited facilities, but provide a warm and friendly service. Our rooms are comfortable and equipped with the basic needs. We are now heading into the low season and would take the opportunity to carry out repairs in the bathrooms and provide better amenities. Breakfast is served in the... More

My wife and myself stayed at Tulips for ten nights (late April - early May),and were more than happy with the experience. Whilst on holidays, I look for a centrally located hotel with friendly helpful staff - Tulips has this, and we found the facilities to be more than satisfactory. Our bed was not hard as we have experienced in... More

Thanks very much for your review. It was so nice to have both of you stay with us for ten nights. As a family run hotel we are able to get closer to our guests when they stay longer. Our greatest advantage is our central location, as we and not far from guest needs whether they are on business or... More

Busy road during the day but quite during night. Most of places in district 1 within 30 minutes walk. 24 hours Convince shop and food nearby. Rooms good for budget standard. Taxi marshal just right opposite the hotel. Breakfast would advise take the noodle as it's the best. Only 1 lift and it's small and slow but ok for budget.... More

Thanks very much for your review. We are located centrally in a city that is buzzing, which actually gives Saigon a unique character. Our elevator size is relative to the size of the hotel. Many budget hotels in Vietnam actually do not have lifts. Thanks very much for the suggestion of a bath stool. Our staff , whose mother tongue... More

Thanks very much for your review. Our central location, within walking distance from tourist sites, markets, shopping centers, restaurants etc is our greatest asset. As a family run hotel we do provide a feeling of a home away from home. We strive to provide the best comfortable stay for our guests. Our staff, although with limited English capabilities are friendly... More

Overall, I am happy with my stay here. I was looking for a budget hotel that was inexpensive yet safe and not part of the backpacker scene. Tulips is exactly what I was looking for. Tulips Hotel is a 5-minute walk to Ben Thanh market and is within walking distance to most of the attractions you'll want to see. Lots... More

I stayed for 3 nights with my younger sister in deluxe room with breakfast. Before that i have emailed the hotel and was asked if we could check in early by 2PM. Thanks very much for the review. Regret to hear that you missed the "smiling faces". Our score for staff friendliness on even other major OTA websites is quite high, however, we take note and shall continue with regular training to maintain good standards. Thanks very much for your review. As mentioned we are centrally located within easy reach of tourist sites, shops, restaurants, banks etc. There are numerous budget hotels in HCMC , offering guests a very wide choice. Our prices are market driven, and we are located away from the main backpacker area. More
