The guesthouse is located down an alley, with a park on one side and the restaurant lined street Bui Vien on other - so close enough to the action, but also quiet at night. Room was spacious, clean and we got what we booked. Bed was fine, clean sheets, however maybe an extra pillow wouldn't go astray. We had a... More

Anh (the guesthouse owner) and his wife were very helpful during our stay, and even helped us to book our bus to and from Mui Ne. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with good wifi connection and air-conditioning. Anh recommended a good pho place around the corner, and the main tourist attractions were within walking distance. Anh also helped us... More

We arrived to HCMC around midnight via bus and had a bit of a walk to find the alley. The bus stop they mention on their site was not the bus stop we arrived at so we probably should have taken a taxi. Nonetheless, we found it eventually. The alley can be a bit intimidating at first glance, especially at... More

What a great location. Our first time in HCMC, we found the alleyway to the guest house was a little intimidating. Kind of ridiculous now that I know the city. Every dark alley is filled with friendly people and interesting things. Mr. Anh could not have been more accommodating. He spent lots of time with us explaining the beauty's of... More

Fantastic guesthouse. Great location in a laneway packed with nice food places gives it a good atmosphere. Some city noise but nothing that interrupted sleep. Mr Anh was welcoming and clearly has concern for guests (make sure you keep wallet safe etc). We stayed in a private room on the fifth floor. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning... Located in one of the little alleys in the main backpacker area, we always felt we were coming back to a little bit of calm during hectic days in Ho Chi Minh. Mr and Mrs Anh are so sweet and welcoming and make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the bed is big with an... More

Everything was great except for the fact that we were woken up by the loud doorbell & loud doors opening & closing several times in the night & early morning. Being able to sleep is very important! We did not sleep, someone was ringing the bell for a few minutes at 4am till the door was answered, the front metal... More

The warmth of the lovely hosts catches you straight from beginning. They really look after you and make you feel at home. For special requests, suggestions and so on, they have only the best for you. The room was very clean, as well as the whole place. The area is very authentic although the backpacker street is close which is... More

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in what to see in Saigon and the best way to get there. They were very helpful in booking day and overnight tours and taxis. The room was clean and the shower was hot. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a quiet haven in a very touristy part of the... More

This guesthouse is tucked down an obscure alley but means it's quiet. Friendly couple very good at looking after us and booking tours etc. Giving me ginger tea when feeling ill. Beds were comfortable room was clean shower hot. Great location. Only down was some black mould in bathroom and I kept finding tiny ants. Same as every other place... More
