this hotel has a fantastic location around the corner from the high end hotels. It's squeaky clean, everything polished within an inch of its life. The staff are so nice and will help you with anything at all. The breakfast was really good, good coffee, fresh fruits and anything you want cooked from the menu. The porridge with chicken was... The only good thing I can think of is the location. It is very central and close to main sights, like Opera house. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. But, the room was quite small although it was still clean. But, we just did not have good sleep as the bed was not comfortable.

Location for this hotel is good, it's not far away the main scenic spots. The room is in average size with full equipment, TV is a bit but it's not problem. I like the bathroom, especially for the bathtub, it's quite comfortable to take a dip in it, which makes me feel good. The staffs in the reception is quite... More

Highlight for me at this hotel was the service. Their staff always went out of their way to address our needs, which included arranging an airport pick up service at 1AM which we requested less than 24 hours before our arrival; tour schedules; bus tickets for Mui Ne (with no extra charge); providing options for going to Cambodia, etc. More... Overall: This was a very pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff, convenient location, and a comfortable room. Location: Convenient for sightseeing. About 10 minutes' walk to the central post office, and 15 to Reunification Palace or Ben Thanh Market. Hotel is located on a side street in an upscale commercial area. However, for booking day trips out of the city,... More

I stayed in a "superior" room, which offers a wall of windows facing the street (at least mine did; I don't know if all superior rooms face forward). The Good: I was on the forth floor, and noticed no street noise (with windows closed). A/c works well. As in many ecological/money conscious hotels, if you don't leave your keycard in... More

The hotel is located at a strategic location, near to various cafe (halal food as well), coffee outlet, spa, atms, shopping centre, fashion outlet, money changer and riverside (saigon river). Rooms are as advertised and we even get a free upgrade on our 2nd night stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...tour around Saigon is available at the hotel, with... More

At about USD 50 per night, this is great value for a hotel in this prime location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very good - try the beef stew. The only problem i have had one one of my stays (i have had two stays) is that the walls are too thin and the rooms are not very sound... More

Tan Hoang Long Hotel is in a very convenient location, outside the bustling backpackers district but still very close to major tourist destinations. It feels a bit squished between its neighbours, being a very small building. This is felt in the breakfast room (small and windowless) and some of the rooms (windowless but advertised as such). While the hotel was... More

I booked this hotel based on the reviews here. The location is very convenient. However, there is construction going on for the new subway system so expect many detours. The room was small but adequate for two people. The windows have good sound proofing quality and noise was not a problem for us. Breakfast was cooked to order and was... More
