Great value and in an awesome location in the middle of District 1. Rooms are smallish but are neat & also quiet (level 7 where we stayed) with aircon. Plenty of restaurants & coffee shops in close proximity. Included breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly & helpful, although a little limited in speaking English.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location was awesome. We got a room on the 6th floor. The view was good. The room comes with 2 free bottles of water each day, teabags, 2 sets of tea cups and a kettle. Considering this is a city and we are in the District 1, the room size was just right.... More

I chose this hotel mainly because of its location and in fact it was even better than I had expected. It's close to the most popular Saigon's attractions but you are not disturbed by the street noise. The room was big enough with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was quite adequate though the juice wasn't fresh. The... More

Superb location on Mac Thi Buoi street between Dong Khoi street and Nguyen Hue Street, TAN HOANG LONG HOTEL is blocks from most downtown attractions. Clean attractive rooms, excellent staff, breakfast include with a large menu selection, and it hits a home run for price!! Highly recommended!!!

On my way back from Thailand I booked here again but this time was changed to the other sister hotel same site. Not the Alagon I am sorry to say but a smaller sister. Still it was very good and clean. The bed was massif 8 people could have slept here. The room was very large but lower floors giving... More

This hotel got great reviews, which made us really excited and relaxed about booking it for our 1 night in HCMC. Unfortunetaly, this time TripAdvisor got it wrong. The hotel is badly Equipped - very small rooms (even compared to other city hotels we've been in, even in Vietnam), the beds are really not comfortable and creaks every time you... More

The hotel was small but the staff were very accomodating and helpful. They cleaned my room daily for 5 days, though in some days, I didn't ask for it. The bfast was good but I suggest they come up with a better menu book. The location was excellent. Tourist spots were few blocks away. I definitely would stay here again... More

It's hard to not give this hotel 5 stars considering the price, location, and breakfast but the hotel room was pretty small and the shower/tub was oddly setup. These were minor issues since we were barely in the hotel room and the above pluses (price, location, and breakfast) made this a budget option that I would definitely stay at again.

Location of the hotel is superb. We stayed in a standard double room on the rear side (no 504) for less traffic noise. Room size is small with a queen sized bed and a small window. Bath room size is just o.k. with a small bathtub and shower and all toiletries provided on daily basis. Water pressure is good with... More

The hotel is located nearby great restaurants and shops, close to the main city attractions, and about ten blocks away from Ben Tahn Markey (Airport Bus drop off point). Rooms are nice and clean, funny thing is the bathtub isn't attached to the bathroom walls so water flows all around it when you take a shower. Breakfast is ok (menu based)... More
