We (group of 44 people) stay here on our charity mission and the hotel are clean, most room are spacious and the staff are very friendly and professionalism. A&EM are close to all amenities and a must stay if you want to explore Saigon or rest while on your business trip.

Good location but lousy hotel. The staff will insist to keep your passport unless you agree to fully pay for your room. The picture on the hotel website does not look like the actual room, only the bed looks the same. Found a couple of ants crawling on the bed on the first day... Can easily get better rooms along... As with most local hotel, the room are small. Reception unable to communicate well in English and they do have a disturbing policy of keeping your passport. I had to argue to have my passport back and reluctantly they relented after taking a copy. Breakfast mediocre..but location near to many eateries.

Hotel is abit old but near amenities like Ben Thanh market. Staff are nice and friendly except that the breakfast really have limited variety. If you stay are staying on high floor, you will probably need to wait longer for the lift during morning peak hour as there is only 1 lift serving the entire building.

This hotel is situated in the perfect location, especially for first-time travellers (to Saigon) like myself. Stone-throw away from a 7-eleven, walking distance to major tourist spots and dining destinations. The staff were very efficient at answering email inquiries and requests prior the trip (Bravo, Hong!). Arrangements were made as requested like airport pick-up, and even a tour that was... More

Actually i book the a&m phan boi chau hotel but they have a seminar or something over there and move me to this hotel and upgrade my room to the executive one. They service are okay, the bellboy and concierge are really nice, i love their room design though some of their stuff are old and a little bit dirty.... More

I was on my usual business trip and decided to stay in this hotel as the deco looks great on photos posted by hotel. I sent an email to the hotel and I received very prompt reply from Jessica, the hotel receptionist. She was fast in replying to all 7 emails with each answering and solving my enquiries such as... That's right don't trust the hotel staffs. They are working together to still your money from your safety box in your hotel. We left our money and valuable items in the safety box, went out for dinner. we came back to the hotel really late that night. the next morning, we could not open our safety box. Someone had broken... More

We and a couple of our friends choose this A&E hotel located at 132 Ly Tu Trong Saigon due to its close proximity to Cho Ben Thanh. We paid $54 for a deluxe room on the top floor for one night whereas our friends paid $58/night for an executive room also on the top floor. Our room is small and... More

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is a chain of 10 and I would suggest booking one of the other hotels in the chain with the kitchen, bar and massage facility within the hotel itself. The rooms are beautiful - French provincial style al biet a little small. Has a fully stocked mini bar at... More
