We experienced wonderfully helpful staff, who speak and understand English very well. Nothing was too much trouble. We received an upgrade at no cost. The room was very well appointed and excellent value for money and serviced several times a day and spotless. Location is central to city, markets, and attractions. The safe in the room high speed Wifi and... More

This hotel is in a good, central location to Ho Chi Minh city. A stones throw from the market (great experience), close to local shops and massage parlours etc. My only gripe with it is that the pool is tiny, the photos were very misleading... after a 13 hour flight, i was looking forward to a soak and relax but... Stayed at this hotel for two nights, the hotel was very nice and centrally located allowing us to walk to the market within minutes, to the War Museum and many other places in the city. Reception were helpful and friendly and the pool on the top floor was lovely to cool down in. The room was spacious, comfy bed and... More

I stayed here with a group of friends for four nights. The Hotel staff were helpful in every respect. They would even help you across the road in heavy traffic as the local drivers are maniacs and do not slow or stop for anyone. The hotel has a great locality to attractions, markets and restaurants. the hotel has a turn... More

Nice building with a nice complimentary thirty minute foot massage and huge breakfast but the tour desk RIPPED us off on bus tickets and was not helpful and the bathroom in our suite had fancy faucets and a shower that were finicky and even the hotel staff did not know how to operate leading us to take a cold shower.... We are currently staying here but as pre paid we decided not to change hotels as we didn't want to lose our money. ..Friendly arrival ..Small over priced room (paid extra for deluxe as had our 13 year old with us) ..Smell cigarette (asked to be moved but they just put perfume in it) ..Terrible food, hot breakfasts were cold... We stayed here for 2 nights after staying at a beach resort to allow us to explore the city. Our room was of good standard - clean and a comfortable bed. This hotel was in a great location right near the markets and shops. As soon as we arrived in the city you couldn't help but notice the noise and... More

I stayed in this hotel in September 2014, for 5 days. Very good position in center of Ho Chi Minh, The stuff were good, helpful. The room looks ok, small, with a nice big bed. Too big and unconfortably pillows. The room need to be renovated, the walls has scratches and dirt, a problem with water on the toilet, and....... More

Had some trouble negotiating with the Sales department re price for 4 rooms for 3 nights ..so we ended up getting a better price at Agoda with all inclusive. Does not make much sense as the Hotel has to pay Agoda a percentage...so why not pass on the savings to your guests, especially after I explained to them that I... More

Stayed here in two different rooms recently and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a very good location for the main Saigon market and the opera house is just around the corner. The rooms we stayed in (605 and 303)were v good. Spacious and an excellent firm bed. The shower facilities were excellent with new spa units in each... More
