Stayed here for 4 nights in deluxe room. Overall it was good, but I would not rate it higher than average, because this hotel had somewhat grim feel (dark, outdated interior), the breakfast had a very basic selection and the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the guests. We had yard view, so the noise in the room was not extensive,... More

My family and I have spent alot of time at this Hotel over the years and love the place " warts and all " . For $60 US a night including breakfast it's perfect for our extended stays in HCMC . I can see it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea but that's the very reason we like it .... More

The hotel is situated right next to Ben Thanh market so it is very busy and noisy, windows are not double glazed. We did not get a good night sleep due to unbearable noise, when spoken to manager, they moved us up to level 8 promising we will not hear the noise but noise level is the same. The room... More

We ended up here thanks to a rip off tour guide, some of the rooms have no windows, the hotel only good point was that it was situated close to the markets, but in my opinion is the slummy area of HCMC. The rooms were clean and comfortable, lots of steps on entry, the photo makes it look better than... More

I only stayed there for a couple of nights. The room was clean, service was alright except that it's too noisy in the morning. The custodians would sit in the hallway, fold laundry and chat. Also, on my last day, they stole all my money!! They said my room has been searched and no money was found, later when I... More

This hotel is a couple of blocks to the famous Ben Thanh Market and a reasonable seven blocks or so to the central part of District One. Very walkable or take a taxi for about two US dollars. The hotel was new in October 2009 and still looks great. Good service, nice people, clean rooms, big screen TVs, in-room safes... More

We, my father in-law and I, satyed at Xuan Loc in District One(1) HCMC from 13th May 2011 to 16th May 2011. A hotel, well situated in the heart of District One, close walking distant to most tourist attractions in this area. This hotel is run personally by husband and wife, Mr Ba and Madam MUI.
